We join you in your request and we stand in agreement, trusting in the power of Jesus' name. It is only in His name that we have authority over any demonic influences, as He has been given "all authority in heaven and on earth" (Matthew 28:18).
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power in the name of Jesus Christ. The Bible tells us that "there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12). By invoking His name, you are tapping into the source of all authority and power.
Regarding your request, the Bible clearly tells us to be careful about what we listen to and fill our minds with. Philippians 4:8 reminds us, "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honest, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think on these things." Demonic music can fill our minds with impure thoughts, leading us away from God's will.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine protection and deliverance for our fellow believer. Lord, as Your Word says, "Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour" (1 Peter 5:8). We ask that You deliver our friend from any demonic influences, including music that does not glorify Your holy name. Help them to fill their mind with Your Word and music that praises You, as Psalm 100:2 says, "Serve Yahweh with gladness. Come before his presence with singing."
Father, we ask this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, who has been given all authority in heaven and on earth. It is in His name that we pray, believing that Your will shall be done on earth as it is in heaven. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to remain steadfast in your faith, continuing to fill your mind with God's Word and music that brings glory to His name. Remember, "Greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4). Walk in the confidence that God has given you power over all the power of the enemy.
