We join with you in prayer, seeking God's favor and mercy upon your family as you and your husband prepare for the visa interview. We stand with you in the name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved and have access to God.
Firstly, we address the visa approval. We pray that the Lord will grant favor and that the visa will be approved. We trust in His sovereignty and know that He can turn the hearts of kings (Proverbs 21:1).
Lord, we ask for Your divine favor upon their visa interview. Guide their words and actions, and let the officials be sympathetic to their case. In Jesus' name, we pray for a successful outcome and a smooth process.
We also pray for the sanctity of your marriage and family. We know this is more important than any visa interview. We must rebuke your husband in his involvement in adultery. Adultery is a sin against God, and it is defiling the marriage bed and his own body (Hebrews 13:4). "Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled, for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterous." (Hebrews 13:4 WEB)
We pray for your husband's deliverance from this sin. Lord, we ask that You break the chains of adultery in his life. We ask for his heart to be turned back to you and to his wife. We pray that he would seek purity and holiness, fleeing from sexual immorality (1 Corinthians 6:18).
Wife, we encourage you to pray fervently for your husband and to show him love and respect (Ephesians 5:33). We know that this may be difficult, but God can heal and restore your marriage. Remember that God hates divorce (Malachi 2:16), and His desire is for your marriage to be reconciled and strengthened.
We pray for mercy and guidance for your family. Lord, let Your mercy speak upon their lives. Guide them through this trial, and let their marriage be a testament to Your faithfulness and grace.
Lastly, we encourage both of you to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author, and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). Trust in Him, and He will see you through this challenging time. Remember the Lord Jesus Christ’s words: "In the world you have distress. But be of good cheer. I have overcome the world." (John 16:33 WEB).
