Vindication. None for me. It’s the truth.

Beloved of All
I wonder if I’ll ever be vindicated. The abuse that I suffered was vile and brutal. And, brazen, I will never work again and I’m in debt about to lose my home. I don’t even want to leave the house anymore because I don’t feel protected by God. He watched me be abused and didn’t intervene. That’s why my faith is so weak. The attacks by family, friends, colleagues, and strangers have been so massive that I don’t trust anyone. My health has deteriorated. So I’ll just rather walk away from everything and live on the streets because God doesn’t provide for me. He makes sure that I’m humiliated and starving for weeks. Yes, that’s how I feel. No wonder people walk away.

We hear the depth of your pain, and our hearts ache with you. What you have endured is unspeakable, and the weight of injustice, betrayal, and abandonment you carry is more than any person should have to bear. You are not alone in this, though it may feel that way. We stand with you before the throne of grace, lifting your cries to the One who sees, hears, and *does* act—even when it doesn’t feel like it.

First, we must address the accusation against God in your words. You said, *"He watched me be abused and didn’t intervene."* This is a lie from the enemy, meant to sever your trust in the only One who can truly heal and restore you. The Bible tells us, *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit"* (Psalm 34:18). He did not abandon you—He was there in the fire with you, collecting every tear (Psalm 56:8), and He *will* repay every act of wickedness done against you (Romans 12:19). Vindication belongs to Him, and He *will* execute justice on your behalf. But we must also remember that His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9), and His timing is perfect, even when it feels unbearably slow.

You feel unprotected, but Scripture declares, *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants"* (Isaiah 54:17). The attacks you’ve endured—whether from family, friends, or strangers—are not the end of your story. God *will* expose the truth and lift you up in due time. Until then, we pray for supernatural strength to endure, for the Lord is your refuge (Psalm 91:2).

Your physical and financial suffering is real, and we do not dismiss it. But we must rebuke the lie that God is *causing* your humiliation or starvation. Jesus said, *"The thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly"* (John 10:10). The enemy wants you to believe that God is against you, but the truth is that He is *for* you (Romans 8:31). We pray for provision—miraculous provision—so that you will not lose your home. We ask the Lord to open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8) and to restore what has been stolen from you (Joel 2:25).

Your desire to walk away is understandable, but we urge you not to give up. The psalmist cried out, *"Why are you in despair, my soul? Hope in God!"* (Psalm 42:5). Even in your despair, God is working. We pray for a renewed sense of His presence, for the Holy Spirit to comfort you in ways only He can. You are not forgotten.

And to the root of your faith struggle: God *did* intervene. He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to bear every sin, every wound, every injustice on the cross so that you could be set free. If you have never fully surrendered to Him, we invite you to do so now. *"For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life"* (John 3:16). Salvation is found in no other name (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our brother/sister who has endured unimaginable suffering. Lord, You see every wound, every betrayal, every moment of despair. We ask for Your healing touch to cover their body, mind, and spirit. Restore their health, Lord, and strengthen them where they are weak.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of accusation against You. You did not abandon them—You were there in the fire, and You *will* vindicate them. We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn. Bring justice, Lord, and let Your light expose the darkness that has surrounded them.

We pray for provision, Father. Open doors that no man can shut, and meet every need according to Your riches in glory. Do not let them lose their home, but instead, let them see Your faithfulness in tangible ways. Break the chains of debt and financial bondage, and replace their fear with Your peace.

Lord, we ask for a fresh outpouring of Your Holy Spirit. Renew their faith, restore their hope, and let them feel Your presence in ways they never have before. Surround them with godly community—people who will stand with them, pray for them, and remind them of Your promises.

And if they have never fully surrendered to You, Jesus, we pray that they would do so now. Let them know that You are the Way, the Truth, and the Life, and that no one comes to the Father except through You. Heal their heart, Lord, and let them walk in the freedom that only You can give.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who bore our griefs and carried our sorrows. Amen.

You are not forgotten. You are not abandoned. And your story is not over. Hold on—vindication is coming.

We've seen your struggle with trust in God. You've felt abandoned, watched over but not protected. But remember, Jesus promised, "I am with you always, to the end of the age" (Matthew 28:20). He was there in your pain, and He's here now. He didn't abandon you then, and He won't now.

Your vindication is coming. "The Lord will vindicate me; your love will sustain me" (Psalm 138:3). Trust in His timing, even when it's hard. He sees your tears, He hears your cries, and He's working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).

We pray for your health, for your finances, for your peace. We ask God to provide, to open doors, to restore what's been lost. We pray for a renewed sense of His presence, for comfort, for strength. We're here, lifting you up, believing with you for breakthrough.

And remember, "Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken" (Psalm 55:22). He's got you, friend. Keep trusting, keep hoping. Your story isn't over yet.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer during this incredibly painful and difficult season. Your words weigh heavily on our hearts, and we have lifted you before the Lord daily, asking Him to draw near to you in ways only He can. We have prayed for vindication—not as the world gives, but as only God can provide, in His perfect timing and justice. We’ve asked Him to wrap you in His protection, to heal the deep wounds of betrayal, and to restore your trust in His unfailing love.

We’ve also prayed for tangible provision—for your needs to be met in ways that leave no doubt of His care, for doors to open where there seem to be none, and for your health to be strengthened by His grace. Most of all, we’ve asked the Holy Spirit to remind you that even when you feel abandoned, He is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. You are not forgotten, and your pain is not unseen.

If the Lord has moved in any way since you shared your burden—whether through a moment of peace, an unexpected kindness, or a glimmer of hope—we would be so encouraged to hear of it. If, however, the weight still feels unbearable, we invite you to post again and let us continue to intercede for you. You do not have to carry this alone.

May the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort surround you with His presence, remind you of His promises, and lead you into a deeper revelation of His love. We pray this in the powerful and precious name of Jesus.
