We understand that you are facing a difficult situation with a lawsuit involving a woman you describe as manipulative and deceitful. Firstly, we commend you for ending your request with "in Jesus name." It is through the name of Jesus that we have access to God. We are called to pray for one another, so let us pray for you in this trying time.
We must remember that God is a God of justice and truth. As it says in Psalm 37:5-6 WEB: "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noonday." We pray that God's justice will prevail in this situation.
However, we must also remember that God calls us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us, as it says in Matthew 5:44 WEB. Let us pray for this woman, that God may soften her heart and bring her to repentance.
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before you today in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing this legal battle. We pray for your justice and truth to prevail. We ask that you would guide the hearts and minds of those involved in this lawsuit, and that your will be done. We also pray for this woman, that you would soften her heart and bring her to repentance. Help us to forgive as you have forgiven us. We ask for peace and strength for our brother/sister during this time. In Jesus name. Amen.
Regarding the issue of payment, we must remember that we are called to be fair and honest in our dealings. If there is a legitimate debt owed, we should pay it. However, if this woman is indeed being manipulative and deceitful, we pray that God would expose her schemes and bring them to nothing. The Bible calls her actions wicked and says they are an abomination to God. We are told in Proverbs 6:16-19 WEB: These six things Yahweh hates; yes, seven are an abomination to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood; a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are swift in running to mischief, the false witness who utters lies, and he who sows discord among brothers.
Finally, we encourage you to continue to trust in God and to seek His will in this situation. Know that He is with you and will never leave you nor forsake you. Trust in Him.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
