Victory in court over my house

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent plea for victory in court over the house that rightfully belongs to you. We stand firmly on the promise in Psalm 91:3 that declares, "For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence." The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, for the Lord is your refuge and fortress.
Father God, we rebuke every spirit of witchcraft, obeah, and every form of darkness that has been unleashed against this beloved child of Yours. We stand on Your Word in James 4:7, "Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you." We command every evil assignment to be dismantled and destroyed in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Let every curse be broken, every spell be nullified, and every plan of the enemy be exposed and rendered powerless.
Lord, we ask that You go before this court case and grant favor, wisdom, and clarity to those who will preside over it. Let Your justice prevail, and let truth be the foundation upon which this decision is made. We declare that no lying tongue or deceitful scheme will stand against the truth of Your Word. As it is written in Proverbs 16:7, "When a man’s ways please the Lord, he makes even his enemies to be at peace with him."
We also pray for protection over this dear one—spirit, soul, and body. Surround them with Your angels, Lord, and let Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Strengthen their faith and remind them that You are their defender and vindicator. Help them to rest in You, knowing that You fight their battles.
Father, if there are any areas in their life where the enemy has gained a foothold, we ask that You reveal them and bring healing and restoration. Let Your light shine into every dark corner, and let Your love and truth prevail. We pray for a fresh outpouring of Your Holy Spirit, filling them with boldness, courage, and unwavering trust in You.
We declare victory over this situation, for the battle is not yours, but the Lord’s. We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer and for moving mightily on behalf of Your child.
