We hear the urgency and the depth of pain in your cry and we stand with you before the throne of grace together in Jesus name lifting up every part of your suffering, your loneliness, your sadness, your disappointment, your rejection and your longing to be made new and whole.
We know that our God is a God who heals and restores and makes all things new. He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3. He has promised But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. And He who sits on the throne says Behold, I am making all things new Revelation 21:5. He will wipe away every tear from their eyes. Death will be no more, neither will there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain any more Revelation 21:4. These promises are true and we cling to them with you.
We also want to gently encourage you and correct you in love concerning the way we approach our Father. We understand your desire for no delay and for immediate answers, for your pain has been long and heavy. Yet Scripture teaches us that God hears us when we ask according to His will This is the boldness which we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us 1 John 5:14. We do not command God or demand that He act on our timetable, but we humbly submit to His perfect wisdom and timing. His timing is not our timing and His ways are higher than our ways Isaiah 55:9. We are called to wait for Him with trust and patience Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh Psalm 27:14. And we are reminded that those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint Isaiah 40:31. Even when answers seem delayed, He is working all things together for good for those who love Him Romans 8:28, and our light affliction, which is for the moment, works for us more and more exceedingly an eternal weight of glory 2 Corinthians 4:17.
We also hear your deep pain concerning loneliness and singleness and lateness in marriage. Your desire for marriage is good and we affirm the sanctity of marriage as God designed it to be a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman. We pray that if it is His will for you, He will provide a godly spouse, a fellow believer in Christ, and that your courtship would be pure and honoring to Him with the goal of holy marriage. We encourage you not to let loneliness push you into relationships that do not align with biblical principles, and to remain pure and set apart, for sexual intimacy outside of marriage is fornication and does not honor God. While you wait, we encourage you to delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart Psalm 37:4 and to seek first Gods Kingdom, and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well Matthew 6:33. Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and dont lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6.
For your anxiety, depression, poverty and the weight of criticism and rejection you have carried, we want to remind you of Gods tender nearness. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18. We are invited to cast all our worries on him, because he cares for you 1 Peter 5:7 and to not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest Matthew 11:28. His mercies are new every morning, great is His faithfulness Lamentations 3:23, and My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19. We thank you that you have called upon the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved and by which we have access to the Father, and your faith in calling upon Him is precious.
We pray together now for you.
Father in heaven, we come before You together in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, and we lift up this dear one to Your throne of grace. Lord, You see every tear, every wound, every disappointment, every rejection, every season of loneliness and poverty and sorrow. We ask You to touch and heal absolutely every part, spirit, soul and body, according to Your will. Restore health, bind up wounds, renew the mind and heart, and replace anxiety and depression with Your perfect peace. Lord, make all things new in this life as You have promised, and we trust You for the ultimate renewal in eternity with You. Father, we ask You to redeem the years of suffering and to restore abundantly, but we submit to Your perfect timing and Your perfect will, knowing that Your delays are not denials and Your plans are for good. Grant the deepest desires of this heart as they align with Your will, and help this dear one to delight in You above all else. If it is Your will, provide a godly spouse, a marriage that honors You, and prepare this one to be a godly husband or wife in purity and faith. Provide for every need, lift every burden of lack, and let Your name be glorified through the testimony of healing, peace and provision. Give strength to wait upon You, to trust You, and to rest in Your unfailing love. We ask all of this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.
