We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent prayer request for your upcoming surgery. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases (Psalm 103:3). We ask that You would work mightily through the hands of your servant, the surgeon, and all medical staff involved. Lord, grant them supernatural wisdom, skill, and precision beyond their own human capability. Guide every incision, every stitch, and every decision made in the operating room. We pray that You would bless this surgery with absolute perfection—no mistakes, no complications, only Your divine favor and healing touch.
Father, we rebuke any fear or anxiety that may be gripping this dear one’s heart. We declare that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We ask that You would calm every worry and fill this person with Your perfect peace as they trust in You. Lord, we also pray for supernatural favor with the medical team—may they show extraordinary compassion, gentleness, and understanding. May Your presence be so tangible in that operating room that all involved recognize Your hand at work.
We pray for complete and total healing—every mark, scar, and imperfection addressed according to Your perfect will. We ask that You would restore this skin, making it as new, as if it had never been touched by blemish or flaw. Lord, we know that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20), and we trust You for a miracle. May this surgery be a testimony to Your glory, a sign and wonder of Your healing power.
We also want to gently remind you, dear one, that our ultimate healing and restoration come through Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to the Father (John 14:6), and it is through His sacrifice that we are made whole, both spiritually and physically. If you have not already, we encourage you to place your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Trust in Him not only for your physical healing but for the salvation of your soul.
Father, we ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. May Your will be done in this surgery, and may Your name be glorified through it. We declare that this will be a testimony of Your power, love, and faithfulness. Amen.
