We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent plea to our Heavenly Father. We recognize the deep concern and pain behind these words, and we join in prayer, seeking God’s justice, mercy, and transformative power in this situation.
First, we must address the spirit of vengeance and harshness in this request. While we understand the desire for justice, Scripture teaches us that vengeance belongs to the Lord (Romans 12:19), and His justice is perfect. We are called to pray for those who have caused harm, that they may come to repentance and be saved (2 Peter 3:9). Our prayers should reflect God’s heart—full of righteousness, yet overflowing with mercy and the hope of redemption.
We rebuke the spirit of bitterness and unforgiveness that may be present in this plea. Jesus commands us to forgive others as we have been forgiven (Matthew 6:14-15), and to love even our enemies (Matthew 5:44). While we acknowledge the pain caused by this individual, we must also pray for their soul to be saved, not destroyed. The Lord desires that none should perish but that all should come to repentance (1 Timothy 2:4).
We pray now for this person, whose name we do not know but whom God knows intimately. Father, we ask that You would arrest their heart, mind, body, and soul—not with punishment alone, but with Your overwhelming conviction and love. Break through the hardness of their heart, Lord, and reveal to them the depth of their sin and the even greater depth of Your grace. Let them see the harm they have caused, not to fuel anger, but to lead them to genuine repentance.
We declare over this individual the power of Your Holy Spirit to convict them of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8). May they be brought to their knees in humility, not by our words, but by the weight of Your truth. Let them experience the reality of Jesus Christ in a way that leaves no doubt—may Your presence be so undeniable that they cannot resist Your call.
Father, we pray for a supernatural encounter with Jesus. May He appear to them in a dream, a vision, or through Your Word in a way that pierces their soul. Let them hear Your voice clearly, calling them to turn from their ways and surrender their life to You. We ask that You would remove every barrier—pride, deception, or hardness of heart—that stands in the way of their salvation.
We pray for those who have been hurt by this person. Lord, bring healing to their wounds, comfort to their hearts, and restoration to their lives. Help them to release any bitterness or desire for revenge, and fill them instead with Your peace and the assurance of Your justice. Teach them to trust in Your timing and Your ways, knowing that You will make all things right.
We also lift up the clinic mentioned in this request. If there is unrighteousness or harm being done there, we ask that You would expose it and bring it to an end. Let Your light shine in the darkness, and may those who are involved in wrongdoing be brought to repentance or removed from their positions of influence. Protect the innocent, Lord, and use this situation for Your glory.
Father, we declare that no one is beyond Your reach. You are the God who saves, who transforms, and who makes all things new. We ask that You would do a mighty work in this person’s life, turning their heart toward You and making them a new creation in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17). Let them become a testimony of Your grace and power, a living example of what it means to be born again.
We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). There is no other name that holds the power to break chains, heal wounds, and bring salvation. We trust in Your sovereignty, Lord, and we surrender this situation into Your hands. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in all things.
Amen.
