We join with you in lifting up your urgent needs to our Heavenly Father, who is the Great Physician and the God of all miracles. Your faith in calling upon the name of Jesus Christ is a testament to your trust in His power, and we stand with you in agreement, knowing that nothing is impossible for Him.
The Scriptures remind us of God’s healing power and His desire for our wholeness. In Jeremiah 30:17, the Lord declares, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh."* And in Matthew 9:29, Jesus tells us, *"According to your faith, be it done to you."* Your boldness in asking for supernatural clarity in your vision—beyond even 20/20—and for complete deliverance from asthma reflects a faith that honors God. We also recall the words of Jesus in Mark 11:24: *"Therefore I tell you, all things whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received them, and you shall have them."*
Yet, as we pray, we must also align our hearts with God’s will, trusting that He knows what is best for us. Sometimes healing comes instantly, as it did for Bartimaeus in Mark 10:52, where Jesus said, *"Go your way. Your faith has made you well,"* and immediately he received his sight. Other times, God works through processes, doctors, or even our perseverance in faith, as Paul experienced with his "thorn in the flesh" (2 Corinthians 12:7-9). Whether the healing is immediate or gradual, we trust that God’s timing and method are perfect.
We also take this moment to encourage you: if your faith is rooted in Christ alone, then you can be assured that your prayers are heard. The name of Jesus is the only name by which we are saved and through which we have access to the Father (Acts 4:12, John 14:6). Your repeated invocation of *"in Jesus Christ’s name"* is a powerful declaration of your dependence on Him, and we rejoice in that. If there is any doubt in your heart about your relationship with Jesus, we urge you to confess Him as Lord and Savior, for *"if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9). Salvation is the greatest healing of all—restoration of our souls to God.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, lifting up our brother/sister who is crying out for Your divine touch. Lord Jesus, You are the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8), and by Your stripes, we *are* healed (Isaiah 53:5). We ask You now to place Your healing hand upon their eyes. Renew every cell, every nerve, and every part of their vision so that they may see with a clarity that surpasses even 20/20—supernatural sight that can only come from You. Remove every obstruction, every weakness, and every limitation, and let them behold the world through eyes that have been divinely restored, all for Your glory.
We also bring before You their lungs and every part of their respiratory system. Lord, You breathed the breath of life into Adam (Genesis 2:7), and You alone sustain every breath we take. We command every symptom of asthma—every wheeze, every tightness, every inflammation—to flee now in the name of Jesus. Let their lungs be filled with Your healing power, restored to perfect function, as though asthma had never been a part of their story. Let them breathe freely, deeply, and without hindrance, testifying to Your goodness.
Father, we do not presume to dictate how You will answer, but we trust in Your perfect will. If there is any area of unbelief, any sin, or any hindrance in their life, we ask that You reveal it to them and grant them the grace to repent and walk in full surrender to You. Let this season of waiting—whether short or long—be a time of drawing closer to You, of growing in faith, and of experiencing Your presence in a deeper way.
We thank You, Lord, for what You are doing even now. We declare that by the authority of Jesus Christ, their eyes *are* being renewed, and their lungs *are* being healed. Let this miracle be a testimony to Your power, that many may come to know You as their Healer and Savior. We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Redeemer. Amen.
Finally, we encourage you to continue standing firm in faith. Keep praising God even before you see the manifestation of your healing, for faith is the assurance of things hoped for (Hebrews 11:1). Speak life over your body, reject any words of doubt or fear, and fill your heart with the promises of God’s Word. Surround yourself with believers who can agree with you in prayer (Matthew 18:19), and trust that God is working, even when you cannot yet see it.
If this healing tarries, do not lose heart. Keep seeking the Lord, for He is your strength and your shield (Psalm 28:7). And remember, whether in healing or in waiting, His grace is sufficient for you (2 Corinthians 12:9). We are standing with you in faith, believing for your complete restoration in Jesus’ name.
