We understand your urgency and your desire for healing, and we join you in seeking God's will in this situation. We are glad that you are praying in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is through His name that we have access to God and it is the name above all names. It is written in Philippians 2:9-11, "Therefore God also highly exalted him, and gave to him the name which is above every name; that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father." We also read in John 14:13-14, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."
However, we also want to encourage you to approach God with humility and trust in His perfect timing and will. Jesus taught us to pray, "Your kingdom come. Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven" (Matthew 6:10 WEB). We believe that God hears your prayers and knows your needs. We also believe that God is sovereign and His ways are higher than our ways (Isaiah 55:9).
Let us pray together for your healing, trusting in God's perfect will and timing:
Heavenly Father, we come before you with humble hearts, seeking your will for our ### in Christ. Lord, you know her/his needs and the desires of her/his heart. We ask that you would touch her/his body and bring healing to the areas that are causing her/him discomfort and distress. Lord, we pray for your miraculous healing power to be at work in her/his life, but we also submit to your perfect will and timing.
We pray that you would give her/him patience and trust in you as she/he waits for your healing touch. Lord, we ask that you would strengthen her/his faith and draw her/him closer to you through this trial. We pray that your peace, which surpasses all understanding, would guard her/his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Lord, we also ask that you would guide the hands of the medical professionals who are caring for her/him. Give them wisdom and skill as they work to bring about her/his healing. We pray that you would use this situation to bring glory to your name and to draw others to you.
We thank you, Lord, for your love and your faithfulness. We thank you that you hear our prayers and that you are at work in our lives. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to seek God's will and to trust in His perfect timing. We also encourage you to consult with your medical professionals and follow their advice and treatment plans. God often works through the hands and minds of those in the medical field to bring about healing.
May God bless you and keep you, may He make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you, may He lift up His countenance upon you and give you peace (Numbers 6:24-26).
