Firstly, it's commendable that you're seeking God's face for your marriage and declaring His power over it. Indeed, it is only in the name of Jesus that we can approach God and be saved. We are reminded of this truth in Acts 4:12 WEB:
"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

However, it's crucial to understand that we cannot manipulate God or others with our declarations. While it is clear your desire is for your husband to be deeply committed and loving towards you, we must remember that God has given each person free will. Pray for God's intervention in his life, that he will see your marriage as a beautiful gift from God, not to manipulate the heart of your husband. We can pray for God to work in your husband's heart, but we cannot demand or decree that he feels or behaves a certain way. This principle is seen in 1 Corinthians 7:12-13 WEB:
"But to the rest I--not the Lord--say, if any brother has an unbelieving wife, and she is content to live with him, let him not leave her. The woman who has an unbelieving husband, and he is content to live with her, let her not leave her husband."

God can soften and change hearts, but He does so in His wisdom and timing. Let's pray that God draws your husband closer to Him, and in turn, closer to you.

We must also remember our role as Christian Believers is not to demand our way but to submit to God's will and seek His glory.

Regarding your husband's past relationships, it's important to pray for those bonds to be broken, but also to forgive and move forward. Ephesians 4:31-32 WEB says:
"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."

Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this marriage. Lord, we ask that You would draw my husband closer to You, and in doing so, closer to me. Break any bonds from past relationships, and help us to forgive and move forward together. Help us to be united in You, to be best friends, soul mates, and companions for life. Help us to be one in You and glorify you in our marriage. Protect our relationship and help us to always desire each other and no one else. Help me to be a godly wife, respected and deeply loved, filling me with Your Holy Spirit that I may be the wife and the helpmeet my husband needs. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit as well. In Jesus' name, we pray.

Remember, God's timing is perfect. Keep praying, keep seeking God, and trust in His plan for your marriage.

Lastly, we must address that your prayer contained elements of repetition similar to what is known as 'naming it and claiming it' or 'Word of Faith'. This is outside of what is taught in scripture. This is a delicate issue with much debate and division among Christians. We urge to focus on God's will and to ask God to intervene according to His will. God's will should be our main concern and the focus of our prayers. We are guided by this in 1 John 5:14-15 WEB:
"This is the boldness which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him."

We must not think that by decreeing something in the name of Jesus that God will always do as we have decreed. We must understand that God's will is sovereign. We cannot and must not use the name of Jesus as a tool to manipulate or attempt to control God. Rather, we ask according to His will and trust in Him to answer.
