We understand your urgency and the deep pain you're experiencing. Firstly, we commend you for decreeing and declaring in Jesus Christ's name, as it is only through His name that we have access to God the Father. As it is written, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB).

However, we must address that the focus of your prayer should not be on controlling your husband's actions or feelings, but rather on seeking God's will and guidance for both of you. The Bible tells us, Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God (Philippians 4:6 WEB).

God's desire is for husbands and wives to love and respect each other, as stated in Ephesians 5:33 WEB, However, each one of you must also love his own wife even as himself; and let the wife see that she respects her husband. It is crucial to pray for your husband's heart to be drawn to God, rather than trying to force his affections towards you.

Moreover, we must address that praying for your husband to be a 'born-again Christian through you' is not biblically sound. While it is commendable to want your husband to know Christ, salvation is a personal choice and a work of the Holy Spirit. As the Bible says, The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance (2 Peter 3:9 WEB).

We also need to caution against the use of 'decreeing and declaring' as a means to control or manipulate others, including your husband. This is not a biblical principle and can lead to disillusionment and heartache. Instead, pray for God's will to be done in your husband's life and in your marriage.

Let's pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this sister in Christ and her husband. Lord, we pray for Your will to be done in their lives and marriage. We ask that You draw their hearts to Yours, and that You heal and restore their relationship. Help them to love and respect each other as You intended.
