While it's natural to want to look our best, we should avoid vanity and remember that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. We should honor God with our bodies, as mentioned in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB: "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."

Let's pray for your health and that God would help you embrace your true beauty in Him:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in Jesus' name to lift up our sister who is struggling with her physical appearance. We pray that You would heal any skin conditions and help her to maintain a healthy weight. More importantly, we pray that You would help her to see herself through Your eyes—as Your precious child, fearfully and wonderfully made.

We pray for a heart that honors You, Lord. Please help her cultivate a gentle and quiet spirit that is precious in Your sight. Help her to focus on inner beauty and to glorify You in her body and spirit.

We ask that You bless her with wisdom to take care of her body, your temple, in a way that honors You. Help her to make wise decisions to maintain good health.
