We understand that you are going through a challenging time post-surgery, and we are here to pray and offer support. Let's bring your request before the Lord together, seeking His healing and comfort. "Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing praises. Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective." James 5:13-16 (WEB).
Firstly, we commend you for ending your prayer request in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we can be saved.
Now, let us pray for your healing:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Your child who is in need of Your healing touch. Lord, You know the pain and discomfort they are experiencing post-surgery. We ask that You remove all burning pain, discomfort, and stinging. Smooth out any puckering on both sides of their face, and bring rapid healing to their whole face, neck, skin, ears, and all incisions.
Father, we know that You are the God of miracles. You are not limited by time or circumstance. We ask that You perform wonders of healing in every part of their body, leaving no delay in their restoration. We know that the power of the Lord Jesus Christ resurrecting from the dead is the same power that is able to heal, restore, and resurrect any dead situation in their life.
Help them to fix their hope completely on the grace that will be brought to them at the revelation of Jesus Christ. May Your Holy Spirit comfort and strengthen them during this time, as You work all things together for their good and Your glory.
We pray that you will use this time to draw them closer to you Lord. Remind them of their need for you in all situations.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
"But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was on him, and by his stripes we are healed." Isaiah 53:5 (WEB).
Be encouraged, dear one. The Lord is at work in your life. Trust in His goodness and faithfulness. Even in this challenging time, know that He is with you and will never leave you nor forsake you. Turn to Him in prayer and worship, and let His peace fill your heart. Also, be reminded of the importance of seeking wise counsel from medical professionals, while ultimately trusting in the Lord for your healing.
If there is any sin in your life that may be affecting your healing, confess this to God and repent. "Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective." James 5:16 (WEB).
