We understand that you are seeking God's intervention in your relationship and have a strong desire for unity and a blessed future together. Firstly, we notice that you have used "###" instead of the name of the person you are praying for. It is important to remember that our prayers should be clear and direct, and we should avoid using vague or cryptic language.
We also notice that you have not used the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ in your prayer. We pray praying to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. There is no other name by which we can be saved. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, himself man, Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all. 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB
Regarding your request, we want to remind you of the importance of seeking God's will in all things, including our relationships. Let's pray for God's guidance and wisdom in your life and relationship. Let's also remember that God's plan for marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, and that any romantic relationship should be pursued with the goal of marriage in mind.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister in Christ who has brought her desires and concerns to You. We pray that You will guide her and the man in her life together, and that Your will be done in their relationship.
Lord, we ask that You bring unity and agreement between them, as they seek to honor and serve You together in Jesus name. We pray that You bless their relationship and future together, and that You protect and guide them in every way. Help them to be firm but loving in all circumstances as iron sharpens iron, they should sharpen one another.
Father as we know that they are both Christians and therefore the man in her life should be courting her with the intention of discovering if she is the woman you intend him to marry. Keep them both pure and completely abstinent from all sexual activity unless you join them in marriage. Aspire to lead a calm and peaceful life. Mind your own business and earn your own living, just as we instructed you before. Then you will live in a way that commands respect from those who are not believers. You will not depend on anyone for what you need. 1 Thessalonians 4:11-12 WEB.
Lord, we also pray that You help them to grow in their love for each other as they grow in their love for You. Help them to be each other's best friend, soul mate, and whole world, while also keeping You at the center of their lives and relationship in Jesus name. None of that should be an idol to replace their love of you.
Finally help them to remember that When the righteous triumph, there is great glory, but when the wicked rise, men hide themselves. Proverbs 28:12 WEB.
Help them to stay on the path of righteousness let them always remember that For we walk by faith, not by sight. 2 Corinthians 5:7 WEB.
In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to seek God's will for your life and relationship, and to trust in Him to guide you every step of the way. Remember that God's plan for marriage is a beautiful and sacred thing, and that He desires for His children to honor and serve Him together in their marriages.
If either of you have strayed from God's word either in word or deed, we remind you to repent of your sins and seek God's forgiveness. For if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9 WEB.
