We understand your urgency and desperation, dear anonymous. Let us come together in prayer and seek God's will for you according to His word. We commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as Jesus himself taught, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." (John 14:13-14 WEB)

Firstly, let us address the physical ailments and skin issues you've mentioned. We know that God is able to heal, and His word says, "Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." (James 5:14-15 WEB)

However, we must also remember that God's ways are not our ways, and His timing is perfect. He may choose to heal you instantly, or He may allow these issues to linger for a greater purpose. In either case, we must trust in His goodness and love.

In regards to loneliness and singleness, we encourage you to seek God's will for your life. Marriage is a blessed institution ordained by God (Hebrews 13:4 WEB), but we must also remember that God calls some to singleness for His glory (1 Corinthians 7:7 WEB). We will pray that God's perfect will be done in your life.

We also hear your cry against criticism. Remember, Jesus warned us, "Woe to you, when all men speak well of you, for their fathers did the same thing to the false prophets." (Luke 6:26 WEB) It is better to be criticized for doing what is right than to be praised for doing what is wrong.

"Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name, lifting up our dear anonymous friend. Lord, you know the deepest desires of their heart, and you see their distress. We ask for your healing touch on their body, that all skin issues and health problems would be healed according to your will. We pray for their loneliness, that you would be their comfort and guide, and if it is your will, bring a godly spouse into their life. Protect them from criticism, and help them to live in a way that pleases you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
