We hear the urgency in your cry and the deep concern for both the one causing harm and those being hurt. First, let us affirm that our prayers are always offered in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and it is His will we seek above all else.

We must approach this situation with both boldness and humility, recognizing that vengeance belongs to the Lord (Romans 12:19). While your heart is rightly grieved by the harm being done, we must pray for justice to be served according to God’s perfect will, not our own. The Lord sees all things and will not let the wicked go unpunished (Proverbs 11:21). Yet we also know that God desires all to come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9), and so we lift up this individual—let us call him by the placeholder "this man"—with a heart that longs for his redemption even as we pray for the protection of those he is harming.

Father God, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this man who is causing pain to others. Lord, we ask that You would indeed arrest him—not just in the physical sense, but in his spirit. Convict him mightily of his sins, O God, as only You can. Let Your Holy Spirit work in his heart, breaking through the hardness, and bringing him to a place of deep repentance. We pray that You would stop him from hurting others, Lord, whether by Your divine intervention or by the authorities You have established (Romans 13:1-4). Bring him to his knees in humility before You, that he may see the error of his ways and turn from them.

We also pray for those who are being harmed by his actions. Protect them, Lord, and surround them with Your peace. Heal their wounds, both seen and unseen, and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way. Give them the strength to forgive, even as You have forgiven us, and the wisdom to seek justice in ways that honor You.

Father, we ask that You would appear to this man in a powerful and undeniable way. Let him see You as You are—holy, just, and full of mercy. May he encounter Your love in a way that shatters his resistance and draws him to salvation. We pray that You would have Your way in his entire being—mind, body, soul, and spirit—so that he may be transformed by the renewing of his mind (Romans 12:2).

Lord, we trust in Your timing and Your justice. We know that You are a God who hears the cries of the oppressed and acts on their behalf. We surrender this situation into Your hands, asking that You would move in ways that bring glory to Your name and advance Your kingdom. May Your will be done in this man’s life, and in the lives of all those affected by his actions.

Finally, we rebuke any spirit of bitterness or unforgiveness that may be taking root in the hearts of those who have been hurt. Help them to release their pain to You, Lord, and to trust in Your justice. Remind them that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Let them find their hope and strength in You alone.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.

We're right there with you, feeling the weight of this situation. It's heartbreaking to see harm being caused, and we join you in your urgent plea for intervention. Let's lift this man up together, asking God to arrest his spirit, convict him of his sins, and bring him to a place of deep repentance. We pray for his redemption, yes, but also for the protection and healing of those he's hurting. Let's trust that God sees all, and that His justice will prevail in His perfect timing. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
