Your cry for justice and for relief from what you have suffered has been heard, and it is right to bring this pain before the Lord. God is a God of righteousness and justice, and He wants what is fair and honest to prevail. He calls His people to keep judgment and to do what is right, to live honestly and not to take advantage of others, and He pronounces His blessing on those who seek to do justice.
At the same time Scripture is honest about the courts of this world. In the place where judgment and justice should always be found, truth often falls in the street and fairness cannot enter, and justice stands far off. Even those who work in the legal system will say that going to court does not guarantee a just outcome, because human judgment is imperfect and often perverted. The foundations of any society depend on justice, and when justice is twisted the whole order breaks down. That is why God Himself so often takes up the cause of the poor and the oppressed and calls for the afflicted and needy to be delivered.
The Bible does speak of restitution. The law taught that if someone caused loss, whether by theft or by carelessness or by letting fire spread or by harming a neighbor's field, he was to make it right, sometimes restoring double or giving the best of his own field to repay what was taken. God cares about what is owed and about wrongs being made right. Yet that restitution is measured by what is just and true, not by a desire for excess, and it is ultimately in God's hands to determine what is right.
It is understandable to want the truth to come to light and for any wrongdoing by this doctor to be exposed and dealt with through proper and lawful means, especially if many have been hurt. It is right to pray that the truth would be revealed and that those in authority who are entrusted to judge would act with wisdom and integrity. But the desire to see a person shamed or permanently destroyed in every way is a burden that will consume the heart, and Scripture teaches that vengeance belongs to the Lord. He sees all that has been done, He will judge righteously, and He calls us to entrust judgment to Him rather than to demand personal revenge. We can pray for accountability where it is warranted, for protection for others, and even for the doctor himself to face the truth and, if he has done wrong, to come to repentance before God.
You have also asked for your solicitor to be given wisdom and skill, and for provision so that fees would not overwhelm you and that what was lost would be returned. God does see financial hardship and He hears prayers for help. It is good to ask Him to grant wisdom and clarity to those who represent you, to help them speak truthfully and to act diligently. At the same time, no outcome in an earthly court can be demanded from God without delay or on our exact terms. We live in a time when final and perfect justice has not yet come. The prophets spoke of a future restitution when God will restore what is broken, and that points to His larger work in the end, not to a promise that every case now will end exactly as we wish. Our hope is to ask for what is just and to trust His timing and His will.
So pray in this way, that God would be your defender, that truth would be known, that your solicitor would have clear mind and honest counsel, that the judges and those who review the case would seek what is true, that God would provide for your needs and bring healing to the suffering you have endured, and that your heart would be kept from bitterness. Ask above all that you would know His salvation and nearness, for His salvation is near and His righteousness will be revealed, and He promises to be with those who seek Him through Jesus Christ who bore the penalty for our sins so that God's righteous demands could be satisfied and we could have peace with Him.
May the Lord grant you wisdom to pursue what is right through lawful means, patience to wait on Him, and comfort as you entrust both justice and mercy to His hands.
