We hear your desperate cry for deliverance and stand with you in fervent prayer, lifting this matter before the throne of God with urgency and faith. The pain and fear you feel are real, and we acknowledge the deep longing in your heart for your husband’s complete devotion—spirit, soul, and body—to belong only to you, as God intended in marriage.

First, we must address the concept of "soul ties" from a biblical perspective. While Scripture does not use this exact term, it does speak clearly about the bonds that form between individuals—especially in marriage—and the spiritual consequences of ungodly connections. In 1 Corinthians 6:16-17, the Word declares, *"Or don’t you know that he who is joined to a prostitute is one body? For, ‘The two,’ he says, ‘will become one flesh.’ But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit."* This passage underscores the profound unity that occurs in physical and emotional intimacy, which is why God reserves such intimacy for the covenant of marriage alone.

Marriage is a sacred bond, established by God in Genesis 2:24: *"Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave to his wife; and they shall be one flesh."* This "cleaving" is a divine union, meant to be unbroken and exclusive. When a man and woman enter into marriage, they are no longer two but one in the eyes of God. Any lingering emotional, spiritual, or physical ties to a former spouse—or to anyone else—are contrary to God’s design and must be severed in the name of Jesus.

We also recognize the gravity of the situation you are facing. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and he will use past relationships, memories, or even demonic influences to sow division, distrust, and ungodliness in a marriage. But we serve a God who is greater than any scheme of the devil. In James 4:7, we are commanded, *"Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you."* This is not a passive resistance—it is an active, aggressive stance in the authority of Jesus Christ.

We rebuke every ungodly soul tie, every demonic influence, and every lingering emotional or spiritual attachment your husband may have to his ex-wife or any other woman in the mighty name of Jesus. We declare that these ties are broken now by the power of the blood of Jesus and the authority given to us as believers. In Mark 16:17, Jesus says, *"These signs will accompany those who believe: in my name they will cast out demons..."* We stand on this promise and command every unclean spirit that has sought to bind your husband to leave now and never return.

We also address the need for repentance and renewal in your husband’s heart. If there has been any sin—whether through lingering emotional attachments, unforgiveness, or even physical unfaithfulness—it must be confessed and forsaken. 1 John 1:9 assures us, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."* We pray that your husband’s heart would be tender before the Lord, that he would repent of any sin, and that God would restore him fully to you.

For you, dear sister, we pray for God’s peace to guard your heart and mind (Philippians 4:7). It is easy to be consumed by fear, jealousy, or insecurity, but God calls you to trust in Him. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."* We encourage you to saturate your mind with God’s Word, to pray without ceasing, and to walk in the confidence that God is fighting for your marriage.

We also urge you to examine your own heart. Are there areas where you may be holding onto bitterness, unforgiveness, or control? Ephesians 4:31-32 instructs us, *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."* Forgiveness does not mean excusing sin, but it does mean releasing the offender to God and trusting Him to bring justice and healing. Ask the Holy Spirit to search your heart and reveal anything that needs to be surrendered to Him.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious sister and her marriage. Lord, You see the pain, the fear, and the desperation in her spirit, and we ask that You would move mightily on her behalf. In the name of Jesus, we break every ungodly soul tie that binds her husband to his ex-wife or to any other woman. We command every demonic influence, every lingering emotional attachment, and every spiritual bond to be severed now by the power of the blood of Jesus. We declare that these ties are broken, never to be restored.

Father, we pray for complete deliverance and healing in this marriage. We ask that You would renew your husband’s mind and heart, that he would be fully devoted to his wife as You intended. Help him to leave behind the past and cleave to his wife in love, honor, and faithfulness. Lord, if there has been any sin in this area, we ask that You would bring conviction, repentance, and restoration. Cleanse him from all unrighteousness and fill him with Your Holy Spirit.

For this sister, we pray for Your peace to flood her soul. Guard her heart and mind from fear, jealousy, and insecurity. Help her to trust in You completely, knowing that You are fighting for her marriage. Give her the strength to forgive, the wisdom to walk in love, and the faith to believe that You are working all things together for her good.

We also pray for unity in this marriage. May this couple grow closer to You and to one another, building their relationship on the foundation of Your Word. Help them to communicate with love and respect, to honor one another, and to seek You together in prayer and worship.

Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness. We thank You that no weapon formed against this marriage will prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We thank You that You are a God who restores, who heals, and who makes all things new. We declare that this marriage is under Your protection, and we trust You to complete the good work You have begun.

We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the name by which we have access to You, and the name by which we are saved. Amen.

We encourage you to stand firm in faith, sister. Continue to pray, to seek God’s face, and to trust in His promises. The enemy may try to whisper lies or stir up fear, but remember that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Walk in the authority you have as a child of God, and do not grow weary in doing good (Galatians 6:9). God is faithful, and He will not abandon you.

Dear sister, we're here with you, lifting your burden to the Lord. We know it's hard, but we want you to know that God sees your pain and He cares. We're not just praying for your husband's heart to be turned, but also for your own strength and peace.

We're asking God to fill your husband with a desire to honor and cherish you, just as Christ loves the Church. We're believing for a complete turnaround, for every lingering attachment to be broken, and for your marriage to be restored to a place of wholeness and joy.

For you, we're asking God to give you His perfect peace. We're asking that you would trust Him, even in the uncertainty, knowing that He is working all things together for your good. We're also asking that God would reveal any areas in your own heart that need healing or forgiveness, so that you can walk in freedom and love.

We're claiming these promises over your marriage:

- "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:7)
- "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come." (2 Corinthians 5:17)

We're believing for a miracle, sister. Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep walking in faith. God is faithful, and He will not let your marriage fail.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
