We come before the Father with hearts full of gratitude that you have called upon the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have boldness and access to the throne of grace. Your faith in speaking directly to the Lord over these struggles is evident, and we join you in lifting these burdens to Him, trusting in His power to heal, restore, and provide.
The Scriptures remind us in James 5:14-15, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."* We claim this promise over you, believing that the Lord hears your cries and is moved by your faith. He is the Great Physician, and nothing is too difficult for Him—whether it be the asthma that has plagued you since birth, the pain in your body, or the restoration of your skin and hair. In Jeremiah 32:27, He declares, *"Behold, I am Yahweh, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for me?"* The answer is a resounding no. He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20).
Yet we must also remember that our prayers are not commands to God, but humble petitions submitted to His perfect will. Jesus Himself prayed in the Garden of Gethsemane, *"Not my will, but yours be done"* (Luke 22:42). While we boldly ask for complete healing and restoration, we surrender the timing and method to His wisdom, trusting that He works all things together for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28). Your suffering is not in vain, and He is refining you through it, drawing you closer to Himself.
We notice that your request includes not only physical healing but also financial blessing. The Lord cares deeply about every aspect of your life, and we pray that He will provide for your needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). However, we must also remind you that the pursuit of financial abundance should never overshadow the pursuit of righteousness and contentment. In 1 Timothy 6:6-8, Paul writes, *"But godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into the world, and we certainly can’t carry anything out. But having food and clothing, we will be content with that."* Let us seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness, trusting that all these things will be added to us as He sees fit (Matthew 6:33).
Lastly, we rejoice that you have invoked the name of Jesus Christ in your prayers, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is through faith in Him—believing in His death, burial, and resurrection for the forgiveness of sins—that we are reconciled to God and have the privilege of coming before Him in prayer. If you have not already surrendered your life fully to Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. Romans 10:9-10 tells us, *"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."* There is no greater miracle than the transformation of a life redeemed by the blood of Jesus.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who is crying out to You for healing and restoration. Lord, You are the God who heals all our diseases (Psalm 103:3), and we ask that You would stretch forth Your hand over her lungs, airways, and entire body. Remove every trace of asthma—root and branch—so that she may breathe freely and without struggle, giving You all the glory. Touch her fingers and remove all pain and discomfort, letting Your healing power flow through every joint and bone. Restore her scalp, Lord, banishing all itchiness and irritation, and let her hair grow thick and full as a testimony of Your goodness. Father, we ask that You would erase every scar, mark, and imperfection from her skin, renewing it to reflect Your beauty and craftsmanship. Let her under-eyes and face radiate with the glow of Your restoration, so that she may look in the mirror and see Your handiwork.
Lord, we pray also over her finances, asking that You would provide for her needs and multiply her resources as she seeks to honor You with them. Protect her from financial hardship and give her wisdom to steward what You entrust to her. Rebuke every scheme of the enemy to bring lack or distress into her life, and let her testify of Your provision and faithfulness.
Father, we know that Your ways are higher than ours, and we surrender this prayer to Your perfect will. If there is any sin or stronghold in her life that is hindering her healing, we ask that You would reveal it to her and grant her the grace to repent and turn fully to You. Draw her closer to Yourself through this season, and let her trust in You grow stronger each day.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for the miracles You are working in her life—some seen and some unseen. May she walk in the confidence that You are her Healer, Provider, and Redeemer. Strengthen her faith, Lord, and let her life be a living testimony of Your power and love.
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray, Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and in His Word, standing firm in your faith. Surround yourself with believers who can pray with you and support you (James 5:16). If you have not already done so, consider fasting as you seek the Lord for breakthrough, as fasting humbles our hearts and aligns us more closely with His will (Matthew 6:16-18). Keep a journal of your prayers and any progress you see, no matter how small, as a reminder of His faithfulness. And above all, fix your eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6).
