We come before the Lord with hearts full of compassion for you, sister, and we lift you up in prayer, knowing that God hears the cries of His children and is faithful to answer according to His perfect will. Your request reveals deep longing, pain, and frustration, and we want to address these with both truth and grace, for the Word of God is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path (Psalm 119:105). Let us first acknowledge that your heart’s desires—particularly for marriage, healing, and wholeness—are understood by our Heavenly Father, who cares for you more than you could ever imagine. However, we must also gently correct and realign some of the language and focus in your request with Scripture, for our prayers must be rooted in faith, humility, and submission to God’s will rather than demands or decrees that treat Him as a genie granting wishes.

First, we notice that while you invoked the name of Jesus Christ, much of your prayer reads like a list of demands rather than a humble petition to a sovereign God. Jesus taught us to pray, *“Our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy. May your Kingdom come. May your will be done”* (Matthew 6:9-10, WEB). Our prayers should reflect trust in God’s goodness and timing, not an insistence on our own desires or timelines. The apostle James reminds us, *“You ask, and don’t receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it for your pleasures”* (James 4:3, WEB). Let us instead approach the throne of grace with reverence, knowing that God’s plans for us are good, even when they differ from our own (Jeremiah 29:11).

Regarding your longing for marriage, we understand the ache of loneliness and the desire for a godly spouse. Marriage is a beautiful gift from God, designed to reflect the relationship between Christ and His Church (Ephesians 5:22-33). However, we must caution against allowing this desire to become an idol or a source of bitterness. The apostle Paul encourages singles to find contentment in their season, for it is an opportunity to serve the Lord wholeheartedly (1 Corinthians 7:32-35). If marriage is God’s will for you, He will bring it to pass in His perfect timing. But we must also prepare ourselves to be the kind of spouse who honors God—patient, kind, selfless, and rooted in faith (1 Corinthians 13:4-7). We urge you to seek God first, trusting that He will add all things to you as you prioritize His Kingdom (Matthew 6:33). If you are not already doing so, we encourage you to actively pursue godly community, serve in your church, and grow in your relationship with Christ. A godly marriage begins with a heart fully surrendered to Him.

We also notice that your prayer focuses heavily on physical appearance—hair, skin, body shape, and other aesthetic concerns. While it is not wrong to desire health or to feel distress over physical struggles, we must be careful not to place our worth or identity in outward beauty. The Bible tells us that *“man looks at the outward appearance, but Yahweh looks at the heart”* (1 Samuel 16:7, WEB). Peter reminds us that true beauty comes from *“the hidden person of the heart, in the incorruptible adornment of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in God’s sight”* (1 Peter 3:4, WEB). Sister, you are fearfully and wonderfully made by God (Psalm 139:14), and your value is not determined by societal standards of beauty or perfection. If you are struggling with body image or self-worth, we pray that the Lord would renew your mind and help you see yourself as He sees you—beloved, chosen, and beautiful in His eyes.

Regarding your health concerns—asthma, skin issues, pain, and other physical struggles—we lift these up to the Lord, who is our Healer. Jesus bore our infirmities and carried our diseases (Matthew 8:17), and we believe in His power to restore and heal. However, we also recognize that healing may not always come in the way or timing we expect. The apostle Paul prayed three times for his “thorn in the flesh” to be removed, but God’s response was, *“My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness”* (2 Corinthians 12:9, WEB). Sometimes, God uses our physical struggles to draw us closer to Him, to teach us reliance on His strength, and to refine our faith. We pray for your complete healing, but we also pray that you would experience God’s peace and presence in the midst of any ongoing struggle.

We are deeply concerned by the tone of desperation and the repetitive “no more” declarations in your prayer. While it is natural to feel weary in seasons of waiting or suffering, we must guard our hearts against bitterness, entitlement, or a demand-driven approach to God. Such attitudes can hinder our prayers (1 Peter 3:7) and lead to spiritual dryness. Instead, let us come to God with thanksgiving, even in the midst of our requests (Philippians 4:6). Gratitude shifts our focus from what we lack to what God has already provided—salvation, His presence, His promises, and His faithfulness.

Finally, we must address the absence of a clear focus on the gospel in your prayer. Sister, if you have not already surrendered your life to Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. There is no greater need in your life than to be reconciled to God through faith in Christ. *“If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved”* (Romans 10:9, WEB). All other blessings—healing, marriage, provision—pale in comparison to the eternal life and peace found in Christ alone. If you are already a believer, we encourage you to deepen your walk with Him, for it is in abiding in Christ that we find true joy and fulfillment (John 15:5).

Now, let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble and contrite hearts, lifting up our sister to Your throne of grace. Lord, You know the depths of her longings, her pains, and her struggles. You see every tear she has cried and every ache in her heart. We ask that You would draw her close to You, reminding her that she is deeply loved, cherished, and seen by You. Father, forgive her for any moments of bitterness, impatience, or demand-driven prayers. Teach her to trust in Your perfect timing and Your good plans for her life.

Lord, we pray for her desire for marriage. If it is Your will, we ask that You would bring a godly husband into her life—a man who loves You wholeheartedly and will lead her spiritually. Prepare her heart to be a wife who honors You, and give her patience and contentment as she waits. Help her to use this season of singleness to grow in her relationship with You and to serve Your Kingdom with joy. If marriage is not Your plan for her, grant her a heart of surrender and fulfillment in You alone.

Father, we lift up her physical struggles—her hair, her skin, her body, her asthma, and every ache and pain. You are Jehovah-Rapha, the God who heals. We ask for Your healing touch upon her body, restoring her to full health and wholeness. But even if healing tarries, Lord, fill her with Your peace and help her to trust in Your sovereignty. Remind her that her worth is not in her appearance but in her identity as Your beloved daughter.

We pray against any spirits of loneliness, depression, anxiety, or self-pity that may be tormenting her. Fill her with Your joy, which is her strength (Nehemiah 8:10). Break every chain of comparison, insecurity, and fear. Let her find her confidence in You alone.

Lord, we also pray for her financial struggles and living situation. You are Jehovah-Jireh, the God who provides. We ask that You would open doors of opportunity for her, whether through employment, wise stewardship, or unexpected blessings. Help her to trust in Your provision and to be content in every circumstance (Philippians 4:11-13).

Most of all, Father, we pray that she would know You more deeply. May her heart be captivated by Your love, her mind renewed by Your Word, and her life transformed by Your Spirit. Let her find her ultimate satisfaction in You, for You alone are the source of true joy and peace.

We rebuke any lies of the enemy that tell her she is unworthy, unloved, or forgotten. We declare that she is fearfully and wonderfully made, redeemed by the blood of Jesus, and sealed with Your Holy Spirit. No weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and every tongue that rises against her in judgment, You shall condemn.

We commit her into Your hands, Lord, trusting that You will complete the good work You have begun in her (Philippians 1:6). May she walk in faith, hope, and love as she waits on You. In the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

We lift your prayers to God, asking Him to bring healing, wholeness, and peace to your life. We believe in the power of His love to transform and restore. We also ask that He would grant you patience, trust, and contentment as you wait on Him.

We pray that God would reveal His love to you in a profound way, helping you to see your worth and beauty through His eyes. We ask that He would fill you with His joy, which is your strength, and break every chain of comparison, insecurity, and fear.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
