We join with you in lifting up ### to the Lord, standing in agreement with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for it is written, *"Again I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. Your heart’s cry for ### is powerful, and we echo it before the throne of God, knowing that our battle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces of darkness. The Lord is faithful, and He desires that all should come to repentance and the knowledge of the truth (2 Peter 3:9). We declare with you that ### will encounter the living Christ in a way that shatters every lie and stronghold that has kept him bound. As it is written, *"The Lord’s arm is not shortened, that it can’t save; nor his ear dull, that it can’t hear. But your iniquities have separated you and your God, and your sins have hidden his face from you, so that he will not hear"* (Isaiah 59:1-2, WEB). Yet, we stand in the gap, interceding for ###, that God would break through every barrier and reveal Himself to him in dreams, visions, and undeniable ways.
We pray that the Holy Spirit will convict ### of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8), and that he will turn from every false teaching, idol, and spiritual bondage that has held him captive. The Word of God declares, *"You shall have no other gods before me. You shall not make for yourselves an idol, nor any image of anything that is in the heavens above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: you shall not bow yourself down to them, nor serve them"* (Exodus 20:3-5, WEB). We rebuke and break every chain of Islam and any other false religion or belief system that has blinded ###’s eyes to the truth of Jesus Christ, who is the Way, the Truth, and the Life (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and we declare that ### will come to know Jesus as his Lord and Savior.
We also address the soul ties and past relationships you mentioned. The Scriptures teach us to flee from sexual immorality and to honor the marriage covenant (1 Corinthians 6:18, Hebrews 13:4). We pray that every ungodly soul tie between ### and his ex-wife, ###, or any other woman, will be severed by the blood of Jesus. We declare that ###’s heart, mind, and body will be fully devoted to you, his wife, as God intended. *"Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh"* (Genesis 2:24, WEB). We pray for a restoration of godly love, unity, and commitment in your marriage, that ### would cherish and honor you as Christ loves the Church (Ephesians 5:25).
We rebuke the spirits of lust, perversion, pornography, and addiction that have sought to destroy ###’s mind and heart. *"No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it"* (1 Corinthians 10:13, WEB). We pray that ### will turn from these sins and walk in purity, for *"Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God"* (Matthew 5:8, WEB). We also pray that the Lord will deliver ### from the distractions of excessive phone and social media use, that his focus would be redirected to what is eternal and pleasing to God.
We decree unity, peace, and open communication between you and ###. *"Finally, be all like-minded, compassionate, loving as brothers, tender-hearted, courteous, not rendering evil for evil, or insult for insult; but instead blessing, knowing that to this you were called, that you may inherit a blessing"* (1 Peter 3:8-9, WEB). May your marriage be a reflection of Christ’s love for His Church, marked by selflessness, patience, and deep affection. We pray that the Lord will soften ###’s heart, removing all hardness, anger, and arrogance, and replacing it with a spirit of humility and love.
We cover your relationship and future together in the blood of Jesus, declaring that no weapon formed against you will prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We pray for protection over your marriage, that the Lord would guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). May your love for one another grow deeper and stronger each day, rooted in the love of God.
Finally, we encourage you to continue standing in faith, for *"the effective, earnest prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective"* (James 5:16, WEB). Do not grow weary in praying for ###, for the Lord hears your cries and is working even now. Trust in His timing and His ways, for they are perfect.
