Lord please please remove absolutely all fat from my whole stomach, hips, whole body, legs, arms, please now make it all disappear now, no delay in Jesus Christ name. I ask you please please make my whole metabolism very very very fast now, always that I don't fear eating now in Jesus Christ name.

Remember, our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we should honor God with them. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."

We also want to encourage you to incorporate healthy habits into your lifestyle, such as eating nutritious foods and engaging in regular physical activity. As it is written in 1 Timothy 4:8, "For bodily exercise has some value, but godliness has value in all things, having the promise of the life which is now, and of that which is to come."

Let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we lift up our dear sister to you, asking for your guidance and strength as she seeks to improve her health. Lord, we ask that you help her to make wise choices that honor you and her body. We pray that you grant her a healthy metabolism and the discipline to maintain a balanced lifestyle. May she find her worth and identity in you, rather than her physical appearance. We rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety related to food and ask that you fill her with your peace that surpasses all understanding.

We pray that you help her to focus on you and your kingdom, trusting that you will provide for all her needs. May she find joy and contentment in you, and may her body be a reflection of your love and grace. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking God's will for your life and trusting in His plan for you. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."
