We understand your urgent desire for a stronger, more intimate marriage with your husband. It's wonderful that you've included Jesus' name in your request, as it is through Him that we have access to God.

Firstly, let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister and her husband. We pray that You would grant her the desire of her heart for a stronger, more intimate marriage. We ask that You would fill their relationship with Your love, unity, and wisdom. It's beautiful to see your desire for unity and intimacy in your marriage. The Bible tells us that marriage is to be held in honor among all. Marriage should involve leaving behind your previous lifestyle and cleaving to your spouse. God designed marriage to be a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. A marriage that honors God involves a deep and intimate connection.

"For this reason a man will leave his father and his mother and will be joined to his wife. The two will become one flesh. So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no man separate." Mark 10:7-9 WEB

However, we want to caution against seeking these things in an idolatrous way. It's important to remember that our ultimate desire should be to seek God and His will for our lives. We should not place our spouse or our marriage above God.

The Bible tells us to look to God and live.

"Look to Yahweh and his strength. Seek his face always."

We also want to address the issue of control. While it's good to desire a strong, intimate marriage, it's important to remember that we cannot control or change our spouse, nor should we try to. Instead, we should be focusing on our own personal growth and relationship with God.

"Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the assembly, being himself the savior of the body. But as the assembly is subject to Christ, so let the wives also be to their own husbands in everything."

Finally, we want to encourage you to continue praying fervently for your husband and your marriage. God hears your prayers and He cares about your desires. Trust in His timing and His will for your life.

"Don't be anxious about anything; but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
