We understand your urgency and the pain you're experiencing. Firstly, we commend you for turning to prayer and we will join you in this. However, we must address a few things before we begin.
The way you've phrased your prayer decree is not the way we are instructed in the Bible. Our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12 WEB. We are to pray not to manipulate others but for God's will to be done and for His guidance and strength.
Furthermore, the use of repetitive words, IJN, and ## does not make our prayers any more powerful.
Let us consider Jesus's lesson on the Lord's Prayer:
But when you pray, do not use vain repetitions, as the Gentiles do; for they think that they will be heard for their much speaking. Therefore do not be like them, for your Father knows what things you need, before you ask him. Matthew 6:7-8 WEB.
Pray then like this: Our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy. Let your Kingdom come. Let your will be done, as in heaven, so on earth. Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors. Bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For yours is the Kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. Amen. Matthew 6:9-13 WEB.
Now, let us pray together for your marriage:
Heavenly Father, we come before you lifting up our sister in need of your intervention in her marriage. We pray that you would convict her husband's heart and turn it toward you, Lord. Drawing him closer to you and his wife. We pray that his ears will be open to your voice calling him to be a Godly husband and a man of integrity. We pray for your will to be done in their lives and marriage.
We pray against the schemes of the enemy to destroy this marriage and we rebuke any spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places that are attacking them.
Lord, we ask that you would heal their marriage, restoring the bond between them. That you would strengthen them both and guide them in your ways. We pray that they would be one as you and Jesus are one.
We also pray against any inappropriate relationship that may be distracting her husband from being the man he is called to be. We pray for it to be revealed, for the truth to come out, and for him to turn away from it. We pray for your grace to forgive and to be forgiven. We pray that you would remove any stumbling blocks that are hindering him from being faithful to his wife.
Father, we ask that you would fill their marriage with your love, your peace, and your faithfulness. That you would make their marriage stronger and closer than ever. We pray for them to put on the whole armor of God, to stand firm against the schemes of the devil. Ephesians 6:11 WEB.
We lift her up to you. We pray for her peace and comfort, for you to guide her every step.
All this we pray in Jesus's name as you have instructed us to. For there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB.
Lastly, sister, we encourage you to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB. Keep your eyes on Jesus and follow his ways. Remain in constant prayer and be ready to forgive as the Lord has forgiven us.
