We understand that you're feeling anxious about your upcoming surgery and the absence of ### and ###, who have permanently left the clinic. Firstly, we commend you for lifting up your concerns in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is only by His name that we have access to the Father and there is no other name given among men whereby we can be saved. Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB).
In times of worry, remember that God cares for you and knows your every need. As it says in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB, "Cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you." Also, in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
While it's natural to feel uncomfortable with change, have faith that God is in control. He has guided the hands of surgeons and medical professionals before, and He will do the same for you. Trust that He will place the right people in your path to care for you during your surgery. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear friend who is facing surgery. We know that You are the Great Physician, and You hold their every moment in Your hands. We ask that You guide the medical professionals who will be caring for them, giving them wisdom, skill, and compassion.
Lord, we also pray for peace for our friend. Comfort their heart and calm their mind, knowing that You are always with them, even in the operating room. We claim Your promise that You will never leave us nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5 WEB).
In Jesus' name, we pray for a successful surgery, a smooth recovery, and a renewed faith in Your goodness. We rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety and claim Your perfect peace. We ask this all in the precious name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
Be strong and courageous, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go (Joshua 1:9 WEB). You are not alone, and our prayers are with you.
