However, we must address that it is not possible to force or manipulate someone to become a born-again Christian or to control their feelings and actions. It is the Holy Spirit's job to draw people to Jesus Christ, and it is an individual's personal decision to accept Him as their Lord and Savior. As it is written in John 6:44 WEB, "No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him, and I will raise him up in the last day."
Instead of trying to control ### or the outcome of your relationship, focus on praying for his salvation and for God's will to be done in both of your lives. Trust in God's perfect plan and timing, and rest in the knowledge that He desires for everyone to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth. As it is written in 1 Timothy 2:3-4 WEB, "For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior; who desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth."
