We understand your urgency and desperation, but first, let's address the spiritual aspects that should be considered. You have only mentioned Jesus Christ's name, but it's important to remember that He is not a magical name to be used in declarations or decrees, nor to be used to manipulate a person's desire for our will. Rather we need God's will for every life and relationship. God's will is always that we align with His Word.
Marriage is a sacred bond, and both husband and wife should strive to honor God. Your husband's affections and faithfulness are indeed important, but we must pray according to God's will and not try to manipulate or control others. Let's look to the scriptures to discern God's heart.
Remember that "love is patient, love is kind, it is not envious. Love does not brag, it is not puffed up. It is not rude, it is not self-serving, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love takes no pleasure in unrighteousness, but rejoices in the truth. It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, and endures all things. Love never fails." 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 WEB
Marriage is a trust and commitment from both sides. When one spouse focuses on the other spouse to meet their needs, they can easily forget that we are to be complete in Christ. Ephesians 5:22-33 WEB
Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the assembly, being himself the savior of the body. But as the assembly is subject to Christ, so let the wives also be to their own husbands in everything.
Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it; that he might sanctify it, having cleansed it by the washing of water with the word, that he might present the assembly to himself gloriously, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish. Even so ought husbands also to love their own wives as their own bodies.
Instead, let's turn to God to work in your husband's heart and in your marriage according to His will.
Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up this sister in Christ and her marriage. Lord, we ask that You work in her husband's heart, drawing him closer to You. May Your Holy Spirit convict him and guide him in Your truth. We pray that You would bless their marriage, strengthen their bond, and help them to love each other as You have loved us.
Help this sister to trust in You, to be patient, and to show love and kindness to her husband even in difficult times. Remind her that You are always at work, even when we cannot see it. Give her peace and reassurance, knowing that You are faithful.
Lord, we ask for Your will to be done in their lives and marriage. Protect them from any influences that would seek to harm or divide them. Help them to be a light to others, reflecting Your love and grace.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
