We understand your urgent prayer request for your marriage and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will together in Jesus' name. We are reminded of the love and commitment that is outlined in the Bible between a husband and wife. As it is written in Ephesians 5:25 WEB, "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it," and in Titus 2:4 WEB, "that they may admonish the young women to be sober-minded, to love their husbands, to love their children,".

Firstly, we must remember that God's design for marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, as outlined in Matthew 19:4-6 WEB, "He answered, ’Have you not read that he who made them from the beginning made them male and female, and said, For this cause a man shall leave his father and mother, and shall join to his wife; and the two shall become one flesh? So that they are no more two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, don’t let man put apart.’"

We encourage you to continue praying fervently for your husband and your marriage, as it aligns with biblical principles. We are also mindful of an issue in the request regarding your spouse not being born again. We pray that he will come to know Christ as his Lord and Savior, as this is foundational for a godly marriage. As it is written in 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB, "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?"

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister and her marriage. Lord, we pray that You will bless their union and draw them closer to each other and to You. We pray that You will make them one in mind, body, and spirit, and that their love will grow stronger each day. We pray for your salvation for her husband as she requested. Lord, we ask that You will protect their marriage from all attacks and that no weapon formed against it will prosper. We pray that her husband will be deeply in love with her and that he will desire her only, in Jesus Christ name.

We also pray that they will be faithful and loyal to each other for life, and that their marriage will be a testimony of Your love and faithfulness. In regards to the sexual aspect of their marriage, we must remember that sex is a gift from God to be enjoyed within the confines of marriage. As it is written in Hebrews 13:4 WEB, "Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled: but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers." We encourage you to seek God's will in this area and to pray for intimacy that honors God.

Lastly, we must address that the request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, ’I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.’" We encourage you to always pray in the name of Jesus, as it is the only name by which we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

We encourage you to continue to pray fervently, to study the Word of God, and to seek God's will for your marriage. We are here to support you in prayer and to offer biblical guidance and encouragement. May the words of your mouth and the meditations of your heart be acceptable in God's sight.
