We are deeply sorry to hear about the distress you are experiencing due to vertigo and ear ringing. We want you to know that God cares about every detail of your life, including your health. The Bible tells us in 1 Peter 5:7, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."
We also encourage you to seek medical attention if you haven't already, as God often works through the wisdom and knowledge of medical professionals. Proverbs 17:22 says, "A cheerful heart makes good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones." We pray that God will guide the hands of those who treat you and bring about a swift and complete healing.
Let us pray together for you:
"Heavenly Father, we lift up our dear ### who is suffering from vertigo and ear ringing. Lord, you are the Great Physician, and we ask that you would touch her/his body and bring healing. We pray that you would alleviate the discomfort and restore her/his balance and hearing. Lord, we ask that you would guide the medical professionals treating her/him and give them wisdom and discernment. We pray that you would surround our ### with your peace and comfort, and that she/he would feel your loving presence. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."
We also encourage you to meditate on God's promises for healing and strength. Isaiah 41:10 says, "Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness." May you find comfort and strength in these words as you trust in God's healing power.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
