We hear your deep longing for closeness and unity with ###, and we come before the Lord together, lifting this situation with hearts full of compassion and a commitment to God’s truth. First, we must address this request with biblical clarity, for the Lord’s will must guide every step we take in relationships.
The desire for intimacy, protection, and flourishing in a relationship is beautiful when aligned with God’s design. However, Scripture is clear that marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, established by God for His glory (Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:4-6). If you and ### are not married, we must rebuke the notion of pursuing a "relationship" outside of this holy union. The Bible calls us to flee from sexual immorality (1 Corinthians 6:18) and to honor God with our bodies (1 Thessalonians 4:3-5). If there has been any physical intimacy outside of marriage, this is fornication, and we must repent and turn away from it immediately. The Lord is faithful to forgive when we confess our sins (1 John 1:9), and He calls us to walk in purity as we seek His will.
Your prayer for ###’s salvation is powerful and aligns with God’s heart. We join you in pleading for his soul, for there is no greater gift than to be born again through faith in Jesus Christ (John 3:3). Only through repentance and belief in Him can ### be saved (Acts 4:12). We must remember that salvation is the work of the Holy Spirit (John 16:8), and while your prayers and witness can be used by God, it is ultimately His grace that draws ### to repentance. We rebuke any delay in the spiritual realm and command every hindrance to be removed in Jesus’ name, that ### may come to a place of genuine, heartfelt repentance.
We also lift up your desire for wisdom, discernment, and understanding. The Lord promises to give wisdom generously to those who ask (James 1:5), and we pray that He would fill you with His Spirit to guide your words and actions. However, we must caution against seeking supernatural experiences, such as dreams and visions, as the primary means of guidance. While God can speak through these means, His Word is the ultimate and infallible source of truth (2 Timothy 3:16-17). We encourage you to saturate your mind with Scripture, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105).

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts burdened for this situation. Lord, we lift up this sister and ### to You, asking that Your will be done in both of their lives. Father, we pray for ###’s salvation with urgency. Soften his heart, Lord, and open his eyes to the truth of Your Son, Jesus Christ. Convict him of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8), and bring him to his knees in sincere repentance. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, that he may be born again and walk in newness of life (Romans 6:4). We rebuke every spirit of delay and resistance in Jesus’ name, and we declare that ### will come to know You as his Lord and Savior.
Father, we also pray for this sister. Give her supernatural wisdom, discernment, and understanding as she navigates this relationship. Help her to walk in purity and holiness, honoring You in every thought, word, and deed. If this relationship is not Your will, give her the strength to surrender it to You. If marriage is Your plan, prepare both of their hearts for a godly union that reflects Christ and the Church (Ephesians 5:22-33). Guard her heart from deception and guide her steps according to Your Word.
Lord, we ask that You would fill her with the right words to speak to ###, words that are seasoned with grace and truth (Colossians 4:6). Give her dreams and visions if it is Your will, but above all, let Your Word dwell in her richly (Colossians 3:16). Protect this relationship from the enemy’s schemes, and let it flourish only if it aligns with Your purposes.
We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand in faith, believing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). May Your name be glorified in every aspect of this situation.

We encourage you to seek the Lord’s will above all else. If ### is not a believer, Scripture is clear that we are not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers (2 Corinthians 6:14). This does not mean we should not pray for or witness to them, but we must guard our hearts and ensure that our deepest desires align with God’s Word. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5). He is faithful, and His plans for you are good (Jeremiah 29:11).
