Firstly, let's remember what the Apostle Paul said, For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our sibling in Christ who has urgently requested Your financial blessings and protection. We ask, in Jesus' name, that You open the floodgates of heaven and pour out abundant financial blessings for them, according to Your will.
Father, we know that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, (Ephesians 3:20 WEB). We pray that You will multiply their income and savings, not just for their benefit, but so that they may be a blessing to others, advancing Your kingdom.
However, Lord, we also pray for their heart. May they not be consumed by the love of money, but by the love of You. May they always remember that all things work together for good to those who love You, to those who are called according to your purpose, (Romans 8:28 WEB).
