Utter evil, hard hearts, lack of remorse, lowest morale, psychopathy, violent opposition

What you have described is deeply distressing and it is right to bring it before the Lord. To suffer electric shocks in your own home, to carry wounds on your skin and medical reports to confirm it, and then to meet only denial, threats, demands for payment and even false reports that claim everything is safe, is a heavy burden. To be falsely accused, to have police called on you while you were peacefully walking, and to sense that people may have entered your home, adds fear and grief to an already dangerous situation. God sees all of this clearly, and He cares about both truth and justice.

Scripture speaks often about the hardness of heart you are praying against. In the account of Pharaoh, we are told many times that Pharaoh hardened his own heart against the Lord. He chose stubbornness again and again when he was confronted with the truth. Only after that repeated choice does Scripture say that the Lord made his heart firm, confirming the position Pharaoh himself had already taken. Two different ideas are there in the original language, one for a man hardening his own heart, and one for God strengthening or stiffening a man in the course he has already chosen.

That pattern is a warning. When a person repeatedly refuses to listen, to show remorse, to take responsibility, the heart can become so hard that repentance becomes far more difficult. God is patient and merciful, and He calls people to turn from wrong, but His Spirit will not always strive with a person. There comes a point where a hard heart becomes set. That is why your prayers for these people are so important and so urgent, that while there is still opportunity, God would break through their hardness.

God has promised to do what no person can do on their own, to take out a heart of stone and to give a heart of flesh, a tender heart that is open to Him and able to walk in His ways. That is what to pray for, that the landlord, the lawyer, the contact person, the team, and the woman who has accused you would be given a tender conscience, would feel the fear of God, would stop lying and avoiding responsibility, and would be brought to genuine remorse and repentance. True repentance is the only real hope for them, and it is also what would lead to honest confession, apology and just restitution.

The Bible also warns about those who use lies to make the heart of the righteous sad and who profit from deception. To ask electricians to falsify a report, to call a life threatening danger mere comfort, to make false accusations to the police, are all forms of lying that grieve God and harm the innocent. God is not deceived by such things. What is done in secret He will bring to light, and as you quoted from Psalm 34, many are the afflictions of the righteous but the Lord delivers him out of them all, while affliction will slay the wicked and those who hate the righteous will be condemned.

We join you in praying for protection and for truth to be exposed, for your safety as you walk and live, for the authorities who have seen your innocence to continue to act justly, and for the residents of that house to see clearly what has happened. We pray that God would restrain any further threats or dangerous actions, that the urgent electrical danger would be honestly acknowledged and repaired, that lawful and fair resolution would come regarding compensation and the handling of the tenancy, and that you would be healed from the physical and psychological harm you have suffered.

May the Lord guard your heart from bitterness even as you seek justice, and keep you close to Jesus through His Word. Keep documenting what has happened, keep seeking lawful help and wise counsel for protection, and keep casting your cares on Him, for He knows what is in every heart and He will do what is right.

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ we ask for Your mercy and Your justice in this situation. Protect this dear one from all harm and fear, heal the wounds to body and mind, and let the truth be clearly seen by all. Soften these hard hearts, take away hearts of stone and give hearts of flesh, bring conviction of sin and a turning to You, and let the fear of the Lord come upon those who have acted without remorse. Expose every lie and every hidden deed, stop every threat and false accusation, and bring forth honesty, responsibility and fair restitution. We ask that Your will be done and that You be glorified as deliverer and righteous judge. Amen.
