Neither the landlord, the contact person, the owner nor the team has shown any remorse regarding the life-threatening electrical issues, but has instead asked the electricians to fake the report and write that everything works well.

I showed them pictures of the electric shocks I received while showering, which left my skin wounded. I also have medical reports stating that I have experienced this.

They have never apologised or empathised with me. They haven't offered me compensation or a new place to live.

All they do is block communication, make threats and refuse payment.

In the mighty name of Jesus, please continue to pray for an end to sadistic and antisocial tendencies and for an end to all unscrupulous behaviour, irresponsibility and avoidance.

May this situation be turned around and may they show remorse, apologise and pay compensation with due respect

Update:
The electrical system is life-threatening and needs urgent repairs. This has been documented by an electrician. Upon being informed about the electric shocks, medical treatment, hotel showers, etc., the lawyer representing the landlord wrote again to demand fees and to state that we do not deserve “comfort” or repairs, but rather forced eviction.
These words and attitude appear to be dangerous and psychologically damaging. The fact that she equates “comfort” with a “life-threatening issue” reveals a deeply disturbed heart and mind. Please pray for her and this situation in Jesus' name.

Update: Despite the apartment being uninhabitable and clean and ready for the keys to be handed in, the landlord is threatening legal action. Please pray that his heart is softened and that he is open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Update: Please continue to pray for these people who have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

Update: While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23:
Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken.
Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned.

Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again.

Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth.

The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

We have heard your cry and we stand with you together before the Lord in the mighty name of Jesus, for we know that He sees all that has been done in secret and He does not overlook injustice, deception, and hard heartedness.

What you have described is grievous and evil in the sight of God. To knowingly leave a life threatening electrical fault, to receive documented evidence and medical reports of wounds from electric shocks while showering and yet to ask electricians to falsify a report saying everything works well, to block communication, to threaten, to refuse what is owed, and to have a lawyer call a danger to life merely a matter of comfort and then demand fees and forced eviction, reveals a heart that is hardened and without the fear of God. The Lord hates such things, for it is written that there are six things that Yahweh hates, seven that are an abomination to him, haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are swift in running to evil, a false witness who utters lies, and he who sows discord among brothers Proverbs 6:16-19. Lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh, but those who do the truth are his delight Proverbs 12:22. And to use dishonest scales or false reports is not a small matter before Him.

We also hear your deep distress over the threats, the possible unlawful entries into your apartment, the suspicion that the heating system and RCD protection may have been tampered with, and the recent false accusation shouted at you by a woman who claimed you entered their house. We believe you that you did not enter their home, and we pray that the truth will be fully exposed, for nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light Luke 8:17 and there is nothing covered that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known Luke 12:2. God knows what is in every heart and what every intention was, and He will bring it into the light in His perfect time.

We rebuke together this unscrupulous, irresponsible and violent opposition, the lack of remorse, the lies, the intimidation, and every attempt to pervert justice. We do not take vengeance into our own hands, for it is written Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19 and it is also written that it is joy to the righteous to do justice, but it is a destruction to the workers of iniquity Proverbs 21:15. We pray that the governing authorities who are appointed by God to punish wrongdoing Romans 13:4 would fulfill their duty, and we encourage you to continue to keep every medical report, photograph, electrician's written documentation that the system is life threatening and uninhabitable, and all written threats and demands, and to seek godly and competent legal counsel and to report the electrical danger to the proper housing and safety authorities so that no other person is harmed. The Lord defends the cause of the afflicted and He loves justice Psalm 37:28 and He calls His people to learn to do well, seek justice, relieve the oppressed Isaiah 1:17.

We also pray for your healing and peace, for you have suffered bodily harm, fear, and psychological damage, and you have been displaced and forced to find hotel showers and now to move out after months without apology or compensation. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit Psalm 34:18. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He protects all of his bones. Not one of them is broken. Evil shall kill the wicked. Those who hate the righteous shall be condemned Psalm 34:19-21. The angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them Psalm 34:7. We ask Him to guard you, to restore what has been taken, and to provide for every need according to His riches.

And we pray fervently for the landlord, the contact person, the owner, the team, the lawyer, and the residents who have spoken lies against you, that the Holy Spirit would convict them deeply and break their hardness. We pray that God would take away the stony heart out of their flesh and give them a heart of flesh Ezekiel 36:26, that they would come to the fear of God, for it is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God Hebrews 10:31. We pray that they would no longer avoid, lie, or shift blame, but that they would show true remorse, confess, apologize with sincerity, and make restitution with due respect. For God desires that the wicked turn from his way and live Ezekiel 33:11 and He is not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance 2 Peter 3:9. We pray as Christ commanded us to love our enemies, bless those who curse us, do good to those who hate us, and pray for those who mistreat us Luke 6:27-28, not because their actions are excusable, but because we desire their souls to be saved and transformed by Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved Acts 4:12 and it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father John 14:6.

We join together now in prayer.

Father in heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we come before Your throne of grace and we lift up this dear one who has been wounded, shocked, threatened, falsely accused, and left without remorse or help for so long. Lord, You have seen every electric shock, every wound, every threat, every falsified word, every closed door and every lie. We ask You to be their refuge and strength, their healer and provider. Heal their body and their mind, calm their fears, guard their sleep, and surround them with Your protection where they now live. Let no weapon formed against them prosper Isaiah 54:17 and let every false accusation be silenced by Your truth.

Lord, we ask You to intervene in this situation with Your righteous justice. Expose every falsified report and every hidden tampering, whether of the heating system or the RCD, and let the documented truth of the electrician who declared the system life threatening stand. Soften the hard hearts of the landlord, the lawyer, and all involved. Take away their heart of stone and give them a heart of flesh that trembles at Your Word. Bring upon them a holy fear of God that leads to repentance, that they would stop threatening legal action against one who has already left the uninhabitable and clean apartment and handed back the keys, that they would cease demanding what is unjust, that they would apologize and pay just compensation for the harm, the medical costs, the displacement and the suffering they have caused. Turn this situation around for Your glory, Lord, and let justice roll on like rivers Amos 5:24.

We pray for the woman who shouted lies and for all residents, that their eyes would be opened to the truth that this child of Yours never entered their home, and that any scheme to harm would be brought to nothing. Let Your Holy Spirit guide every authority, every inspector and every judge who may hear this matter, that they would act with integrity and not pervert justice. We trust You as our deliverer and our vindicator, and we forgive as You have forgiven us, while still asking for what is right and lawful. We thank You that You hear us when we pray in Jesus name, and we rest in Your promise that Yahweh redeems the soul of his servants and none of those who take refuge in him shall be condemned Psalm 34:22. We ask all this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

We have read each of your updates and we hear how frightening and exhausting this has been. To be hurt while showering in your own home, to have your skin wounded and need medical treatment, and then to be met with denial, demands for fees, and threats instead of care would leave anyone feeling unsafe and worn down. Being falsely accused afterward by someone you had never spoken to only adds to that distress. It makes sense you are longing for acknowledgment and for what is right to be done.

Waiting for remorse from people who have not shown it can keep the wound open for a long time. One thing that has steadied others in long, unresolved conflicts is learning to separate what you can tend to for your own peace and protection from what only God can do in another person's heart. Needing to find steadiness does not mean excusing what happened or saying it was not serious.

You have already done wise things in documenting what happened with photos, medical reports, and the electrician's findings. If you have not already, it may help to keep all of those records together in one place and to have a trusted legal aid or tenant advocacy service and a pastor or counselor walk with you in any further communication, so you are not carrying the back and forth alone. We are glad you were able to get medical care for the shocks, please keep following up with your clinician for any ongoing concerns rather than trying to manage them on your own.

Father, we lift our friend to You in Jesus' name. We ask for protection, for healing in body and peace of mind, and for clear wisdom for each next step. Surround them with safe, trustworthy help, let the truth be clearly seen, and work in every heart involved according to Your will. Amen.

Your heavy affliction has been brought before the Lord with prayer and we have heard your cry concerning these life threatening dangers, the wounds upon your flesh from electric shocks, the medical testimony you bear, and the hard dealings of those who have shown no remorse but have added threats, false accusation and the demand for fees while denying even needful repairs.

The Lord sees all that is done in secret and He is not deaf to the cry of the afflicted. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones, not one of them is broken, and affliction shall slay the wicked. We take comfort that deliverance from a cruel captivity must be worked by the hand and outstretched arm of Jehovah alone, and that He brings forth His people in His own time and way. When you cannot deliver yourself, free grace must do it, and the clock of mercy shall strike the hour of your deliverance according to His eternal purpose.

We pray for you now that the Sun of Righteousness would rise with healing beneath His wings upon you. There is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation, and the very leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations. He heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds, and where He comes to dwell, pardon and healing are found together. May the Lord heal your body where it has been wounded, heal your spirit where it has been oppressed by threats and slander, and keep you in perfect peace as you trust in Him. May He be your refuge when men block communication and your advocate when false accusations are shouted against you.

We pray also for those who have dealt so hardly with you, for the landlord, the contact person, the owner, the team and the lawyer of whom you speak. We do not ask God to bless unscrupulous behaviour or to prosper evasion of responsibility, but we pray that the fear of God would fall upon them, that He would take away the stony heart and give a heart of flesh, that they would be brought to see their sin, to speak truth, to take responsibility and to make restitution where it is due. May the Holy Spirit convince them of sin and of righteousness and of judgment, and bring them to repentance that they might be saved through the ransom which God has found, for He has found a ransom in the blood of His own Son. If any have sought to falsify reports or to endanger life, we pray that truth would be exposed and that justice would be done, for the Lord loves righteousness and He will not leave the guilty unreproved unless they repent.

We pray that the Lord would turn this situation around for your good and for His glory, that He would provide for you a safe habitation, that He would protect you from all intrusion and violence, and that He would vindicate you before those who have believed lies concerning you. The enmity of the world often drives the Christian nearer to his God, and many prayers are offered as the result of persecution that would never have been offered else. May this trial draw you closer to Christ, your only Saviour and Physician, in whom alone is salvation.

We will continue to pray that the Lord who delivered Israel with a mighty hand will deliver you, that He who has healing in His wings will heal you, and that He who changes the heart will work repentance where there is now hardness, to the praise of His free grace.

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who bore our iniquities and by whose stripes we are healed, we commit you and this whole matter into the hands of our faithful God.
