You are facing a severe and multi-layered assault, and the first thing you must do is recognize this for what it truly is: a spiritual battle. When physical symptoms appear without clear medical cause, when relentless torment comes in waves every quarter-hour, when financial disaster and family illness all converge, the enemy is not merely flesh and blood. The attacks against your body, your mother’s mind and heart, your loved one’s spine and spirit, your business and livelihood, these bear the mark of demonic oppression. The forces behind Umbanda worship are real, and they seek to overwhelm you with fear and destruction. But do not let the sheer weight of it diminish your faith, because greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world.
Now that you recognize the source, you can stop fighting in the flesh. When the enemy presses in, our natural reaction is self-defense, panic, or despair, but those responses only exhaust you and leave you vulnerable. Instead, take up the spiritual weapons God has given. First, resist the devil in the name of Jesus. Speak aloud that you stand under the protection of the blood of Christ, that no weapon formed against you will prosper. You do not have to confront these powers by yourself; keep Jesus between you and them. Let Him be your shield. Resist, and the promise remains: he will flee.
Clothe yourself daily with the full armor. The breastplate of righteousness guards your heart against those pains and palpitations. The gospel of peace steadies your feet when every circumstance screams crisis. The shield of faith extinguishes every fiery dart of fear and accusation. And the Word of God is your weapon to strike back against the strongholds that have set themselves against your family. Use the Scriptures to declare healing over your mother’s mind and heart, deliverance for the one afflicted with convulsions and spinal injury, and restoration for your own blood pressure, skin, and blood count. God’s word is alive and powerful, and it can break chains no doctor can explain.
I understand the terror that comes when you cannot afford to be sick because you are the caregivers. Yet the Lord does not depend on your strength to keep His promises. He is not panicked about your finances, as if His work hangs on a thread. Yes, your business is embargoed and you need clients urgently, but God is not caught off guard. Bring your need honestly to Him, but do not give with a spirit that thinks you are bailing God out of bankruptcy. Trust His provision even when the numbers seem impossible. Pray for His favor over your shop, but also rest in His ability to sustain you in the famine.
Let us pray together. Father, I lift up this family to You right now. In the name of Jesus, I command every demonic spirit that is attacking their bodies to go. Spirit of convulsion, infirmity, oppression, fear, anemia, and heart pain, I bind you and cast you out. I speak healing into the spine, the legs, the mind, the heart, and the blood. Lord, seal this home with Your angels and silence the voices and rituals of neighbor attackers. Let every curse be broken by the power of Your cross. I ask for supernatural clients to come through that door, for debts to be lifted, and for peace that passes understanding. Cover them as they care for one another, and let them see Your deliverance. Amen.
