Heavenly Father,
Have mercy on your daughter concerning her workplace. Lord you know best, you know how a bad boss can affect the workplace but you have also given us the power to overcome.
John 16:33 In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world."
I pray you guide your daughter in what she should do, give her peace and help her in the situation she is in. Lord, we know the heart of the king is in your hands
Proverbs 21:1 The king's heart is in the hand of the LORD; he directs it like a watercourse wherever he pleases.
May you cause a change to occur even with the boss, may he have an encounter with you and change for good. If it be your will bring another boss, if not then change the current boss for good.
