We lift up your urgent requests before the Lord, trusting in His perfect timing and sovereign will over every detail of your lives. Your daughter’s pursuit of a program in the medical field is a noble endeavor, and we pray that God would open the doors that align with His purpose for her life. The delay in her titers and the lack of assistance from those in authority can feel overwhelming, but we are reminded in Proverbs 16:9, *"A man’s heart plans his course, but the Lord directs his steps."* Let us not lean on our own understanding but trust that God is working even in this waiting. If it is His will for her to enter this program, He will make a way—whether through the timely arrival of her results, the intervention of a helpful hand, or even redirecting her steps to something even better than she could imagine. We also pray that your daughter would seek God’s will above her own desires, submitting this process to Him in prayer and surrender. *"Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this"* (Psalm 37:4-5).
We also bring your health, energy, and the search for your future home and land before the Father. Your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and we ask that God would strengthen you physically, emotionally, and spiritually. May He renew your energy as you wait on Him (Isaiah 40:31) and guide you to the place He has prepared for you. *"The Lord is my shepherd: I shall lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He renews my soul"* (Psalm 23:1-3). Even when the path is unclear, we can trust that He is leading us to our destination in His perfect timing. We pray for wisdom as you seek the right city and home, that God would confirm His will through peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:6-7) and through open and closed doors.
Lastly, we want to commend you for invoking the name of Jesus in your request. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Christ that we have access to the Father. *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me'* (John 14:6). Your faith in calling upon His name is a testament to your trust in Him, and we join you in that trust now.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this family and their needs. Lord, we ask that You would intervene in the situation with our ###’s daughter. If it is Your will for her to enter this medical program, we pray that You would move mountains to make it happen—let the titers come back in time, soften the heart of the woman assisting her, and provide favor in every step of the process. But above all, let Your will be done, and give her peace in the waiting. Guide her steps, Lord, and open the doors You want her to walk through.
We also pray for our ###’s health and energy. Renew her strength, Father, and heal any weakness or weariness in her body. Lead her to the home and land You have prepared for her, and give her clarity and wisdom as she seeks Your direction. May she find rest in You, knowing that You are her Provider and her Guide.
Lord, we thank You that You hear our prayers and that You are faithful. We trust in Your timing and Your goodness, even when we cannot see the way forward. Help us to surrender our plans to You and to seek Your kingdom first, knowing that all things will be added to us as we walk in obedience.
We rebuke any fear, doubt, or discouragement that the enemy may try to place in their hearts. You, Lord, are greater, and You have already won the victory. We claim Your promises over their lives and ask that You would be glorified in every outcome.
In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
