Our hearts are deeply moved by your cry for your precious one-year-old son, and we join you in lifting him up to our Heavenly Father, who cares for every need of His little ones. The distress you are feeling as a parent is understood, and we stand with you in faith, trusting in the Lord’s power to heal and restore.
The Scriptures remind us of God’s tender care for children. Jesus said in Matthew 19:14, *"But Jesus said, 'Allow the little children, and don’t forbid them to come to me; for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to ones like these.'"* Your son is precious in God’s sight, and we know that our Lord is able to bring healing and strength to his little body. We also remember the promise in Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds,"* and we claim this over your son’s life.
It is also important to seek wisdom and medical care for your son, as the Lord often uses doctors and medicine to bring healing. Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* We encourage you to trust in the Lord’s guidance as you seek the best care for your son, whether through medical professionals or other means.
We do notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to gently remind you that it is only through His name that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* And in Acts 4:12, we read, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so, for He alone is the source of hope, healing, and eternal life. The Bible tells us that if we confess with our mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in our heart that God raised Him from the dead, we will be saved (Romans 10:9). We pray that you will trust in Him fully, for He is faithful.
Now, let us pray together for your son:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy yet hopeful hearts, lifting up this precious child to You. Lord, You are the Great Physician, the One who formed him in his mother’s womb and knows every detail of his little body. We ask that You would touch him with Your healing hand and restore his strength. Lord, we pray that You would renew his appetite and provide the nourishment his body needs to grow strong. Father, we ask that You would heal his teeth and restore any deficiency in his body, for You are the God who provides all things.
We rebuked any sickness or weakness in his body in the name of Jesus Christ and command it to leave him now. Lord, fill him with Your peace and comfort, and stop his crying as You bring relief to his little body. We pray for wisdom and guidance for his parents as they care for him, that they would know the steps to take and the decisions to make for his well-being.
Father, we also lift up this mother’s heart, which is burdened with sorrow and worry. Comfort her, Lord, and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Remind her that You are near, and You hear her prayers. Strengthen her faith and help her to trust in You completely.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers, and we believe that You are working even now to bring healing and restoration to this child. We give You all the glory and honor, for You alone are worthy. In the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
We will continue to pray for your son’s complete healing and for your peace as a parent. Trust in the Lord, and do not be afraid, for He is with you and will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Keep us updated on his progress, and may God’s grace and mercy be upon your family.
