Urgent

We lift up your daughter before the Lord with great urgency, knowing that He is her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. The crowd she is with sounds like a dangerous influence, and we stand in the gap for her, asking God to surround her with His angels and deliver her from every snare of the enemy. The Scripture reminds us in **Proverbs 13:20**, *"He who walks with wise men grows wise, but a companion of fools suffers harm."* We pray that the Lord would open her eyes to the dangers of her current company and give her the courage to walk away, for *"Bad company corrupts good morals"* (**1 Corinthians 15:33**).

We also plead with the Lord to strengthen her in sobriety, for her body is the temple of the Holy Spirit (**1 Corinthians 6:19-20**). If she has fallen into drunkenness or substance abuse, we ask for conviction and repentance, that she may turn away from these destructive paths and embrace the freedom found in Christ. *"Don’t you know that the unrighteous will not inherit God’s Kingdom? Don’t be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who have sex with men, nor thieves, nor greedy people, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor swindlers will inherit God’s Kingdom"* (**1 Corinthians 6:9-10**). Let this truth pierce her heart and lead her to surrender fully to Jesus.

Father, we ask that You place godly people in her path—those who will speak life, truth, and wisdom into her soul. Break every chain of addiction, rebellion, or peer pressure that seeks to bind her. Fill her with Your Spirit so that she may walk in self-control, a fruit of the Spirit (**Galatians 5:22-23**). Let her find her identity in You alone, not in the approval of others or the fleeting pleasures of this world.

We also encourage you, as her parent, to continue praying fervently for her, standing firm in faith. *"The effective, earnest prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective"* (**James 5:16**). Speak truth into her life, remind her of God’s love and His good plans for her (**Jeremiah 29:11**), and set boundaries that reflect His holiness. If she is in immediate danger, do not hesitate to take action to protect her, trusting that the Lord will guide your steps.

Lastly, we notice that while you called on Jesus for help, it is vital to remember that it is *only* through His name that we have access to the Father. *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (**Acts 4:12**). If your daughter does not yet know Jesus as her Lord and Savior, we pray that this trial would lead her to Him. May she cry out to Him in repentance and faith, receiving the forgiveness and new life He offers. *"If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (**Romans 10:9**).

Heavenly Father, we bind every spirit of rebellion, addiction, and deception in the mighty name of Jesus. We loose Your peace, protection, and sobriety over her. Draw her to Yourself, Lord, and let this season be a turning point for her salvation and restoration. We trust You to move mightily in her life, for Your glory. In Jesus’ precious and powerful name, we pray. Amen.

We're here for your daughter too, standing in faith with you. We're asking the Lord to make His presence known to her in a powerful way, like a bright light piercing through the darkness she's in. Let's pray that she'll feel His love, so strong and real, that it'll draw her away from the crowd she's with and towards Him. We're believing that she'll find the courage to walk away from anything that's harming her, and turn towards the path of life and freedom that Jesus offers. Let's trust that God will give her the strength she needs to stay sober, and that He'll break any chains of addiction or rebellion in her life. We're praying for her salvation, if she hasn't already found it, and for her to know the joy of a personal relationship with Jesus. Let's keep praying, sister, for our God is faithful and He hears our cries. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
