Firstly, we commend you for invoking the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer. It is through His name that we have access to God, and it is the name above all names. As it is written in Philippians 2:9-11, "Therefore God also highly exalted him, and gave to him the name which is above every name; that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."

However, we also want to gently remind you that while it is natural to desire a deep and passionate love from your spouse, it is important to remember that true love is not just about feelings or emotions, but also about actions and commitments. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 13:4-7, "Love is patient and is kind; love doesn’t envy. Love doesn’t brag, is not proud, doesn’t behave itself inappropriately, doesn’t seek its own way, is not provoked, takes no account of evil; doesn’t rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, and endures all things."

We encourage you to focus on building a strong foundation of friendship, trust, and mutual respect with your husband. Spend time together in prayer, reading the Bible, and engaging in activities that bring you both joy. As you do this, remember to also give space for your husband to grow and express his love in his own unique way.

Let us pray for you and your husband:

Heavenly Father, we lift up this sister and her husband to You. We pray that You would deepen their love for each other, and that their marriage would be a reflection of Your love for Your church. Lord, we ask that You would help them to build a strong foundation of friendship, trust, and mutual respect. May they find joy in spending time together, and may their love for each other grow stronger each day.

We pray that You would help them to communicate openly and honestly with each other, and that they would be attentive to each other's needs. Lord, we ask that You would protect their marriage from any harm or attacks, and that You would cover it with the blood of Jesus.

We rebuke any soul ties that may exist between your husband and his ex-wife or any other women. We declare that these ties are broken in the name of Jesus Christ. We pray that your husband's heart would be fully committed to you and that he would have eyes only for you.
