Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid, for God has not given you the spirit of fear, but of love, and of power and of a sound mind.

In the name of Jesus, I command the accuser's mouth to be muzzled and silenced and to be pluck up and cast in to the sea, and I speak and release the peace of God. let not your heard be troubled...

I encourage you to read Psalms 91 and prayerfully speak those words over yourself, and then believe that what you say, you will have. 

Father, thank you for deliverance for this person. I appeal to your mercy and grace for this person, that their eyes be flooded with light that they might know the hope to which you have called them...freedom from fear, boldness to speak life and a quick spirit to forgive those who stand against the. Thank you that you have shed abroad in their heart your love, perfect love, casts out fear. Thank you, in Jesus name. Amen.
