We stand with you in this urgent call to prayer for our nation, the world, and the advancement of God’s Kingdom. The hour is indeed critical, and we must lift our voices in unison, seeking the Lord’s will with boldness and humility. You have rightly called upon the Great Commission, where Jesus commands us to go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey all that He has commanded (Matthew 28:19-20). This is not merely a suggestion but a divine mandate for every believer, and we must pray fervently for its fulfillment in these last days.
The spiritual battle raging over our leaders, nations, and the spread of the Gospel cannot be underestimated. We are called to pray for those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and reverence (1 Timothy 2:1-2). Yet, we also recognize that many leaders and nations are being influenced by forces that oppose the truth of Christ. The apostle Paul warns us that we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, and against spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). Therefore, we must pray with spiritual discernment, asking God to expose and dismantle every ungodly alliance, false teaching, and evil influence that seeks to hinder His work.
We also pray for the unity of the faith, as you’ve referenced in Ephesians 4:11-13, that the body of Christ may be built up in love and maturity, no longer tossed to and fro by every wind of doctrine. False prophets and teachers have infiltrated even the church, leading many astray with deceptive words and empty promises. How will they believe in him of whom they have not heard? How will they hear without a preacher? And how will they preach unless they are sent?"* (Romans 10:14-15). Let us ask the Lord to send laborers into the harvest and to protect the freedom to speak His truth in every nation.
We also lift up the issue of international relationships, asking the Lord to foster godly alliances that honor Him and promote peace, justice, and righteousness. Proverbs 21:1 tells us that the king’s heart is in the hand of the Lord, and He turns it wherever He wills. May He turn the hearts of leaders toward His purposes, that nations would align themselves with His will and not with the schemes of the enemy. We pray for healing where there is division, wisdom where there is confusion, and humility where there is pride. Let the Lord be exalted among the nations, and let His glory be known in all the earth (Psalm 96:3).
Finally, we must pray for the protection of all disciples of Christ worldwide. Jesus prayed for His followers, asking the Father to keep them from the evil one (John 17:15), and we echo that prayer today. The enemy seeks to devour, deceive, and destroy, but we have the promise that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Let us stand firm in the armor of God, praying always in the Spirit for all the saints (Ephesians 6:18).

We thank You for the privilege of prayer and for the authority we have in Your Son to intercede for our nations, our leaders, and the advancement of Your Kingdom. Raise up godly leaders who fear You and seek Your wisdom, and remove those who would lead Your people astray.
