my daughter is in urgent need of help and possibly a miracle to help her. she and her husband need to refinance her mortgage, due to her son who graduated college she co-signed for his student loans. and they put a lien on her home and are threatening to attach her wages. her husband had a very serious operation and can not work any more, and is waiting for both workers comp and social security disability to come so far, nothing, however, there is a possible chance that she may be able to refinance. my request is pray that her appraisal comes in with the numbers they need to get this done and to save their home. God Bless all who will pray for her. she is desperate. God help her!
