We understand that you're facing a challenging situation while living with someone and feeling unwelcome. Firstly, we want to address that the request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name). It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God.
The Bible tells us: "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" Romans 10:13 WEB
And,
"'There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!'" Acts 4:12 WEB
This means that we can only approach God and be saved by His Son, Jesus Christ. If you are not sure about what this means or that you are saved and a believer in Jesus Christ, then please pray right now. Admit to God you are a sinner, you repent of your sins, and that you believe that Jesus Christ came to earth born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died on the cross for your sin, and was resurrected 3 days later. Confess this to Jesus Christ and ask Him into your heart to become your Savior and Lord.
Now we want to address your living situation. While we understand your immediate need, we also want to remind you of God's principles for living together. In the Bible, it's clear that God desires for us to live in purity and holy and honorable in all our conduct. Living together with someone who is not a spouse or family member can often lead to temptations and compromises that are not pleasing to God.
"But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not even be mentioned among you, as becomes saints;" Ephesians 5:3 WEB
"Finally, brothers, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may spread rapidly and be glorified, even as also with you; and that we may be delivered from unreasonable and evil men; for not all have faith. But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you, and guard you from the evil one." 2 Thessalonians 3:1-3 WEB
We encourage you to seek God's will in all areas of your life, including your living situation. Trust that He has a plan and a purpose for you, and He will provide for your needs according to His riches in glory.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is in need of a place to live. We ask, Lord, that You guide them and provide for them according to Your will. Help them to trust in You and Your promises. If it is Your will for them to have their own apartment, please bless them with one and may it be a peaceful and holy habitation with your Son, Jesus Christ. At the same time, we pray that they might have to move to a more honorable location or situation that does not cause temptation toward sin. We pray that you will convict them and correct them even if it means they must suffer some loss. We pray that it works out in their favor only if it aligns with Your will and purpose for their life. Help them to see things from your perspective and give them the courage to step out in faith. We pray for this only if they have accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen.
We encourage you to continue praying and seeking God's face. Read His Word daily, and trust in His promises. He is faithful, and He will direct your paths. Be sensitive to the Holy Spirit's leading, and He will guide you to the right decisions.
