Urgent prayer request

We lift up your father before the Lord, knowing that He is a God of justice and mercy. It is heartbreaking when hardship comes through no fault of our own, but we trust that God sees all things and will act on behalf of His children. The Scriptures remind us in **Deuteronomy 32:4**, *"He is the Rock, his work is perfect, for all his ways are justice: a God of faithfulness and without iniquity, just and right is he."* We pray that the Lord would expose any injustice done to your father and bring it to light, for He is the one who defends the cause of the oppressed.

At the same time, we know that God is our Provider, and He will not abandon those who trust in Him. **Philippians 4:19** assures us, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* We ask the Lord to open doors for your father, granting him favor in the eyes of potential employers and leading him to a job that not only meets his financial needs but also brings him fulfillment and dignity. May the Lord guide his steps and grant him wisdom as he seeks new opportunities.

We also encourage you to trust in God’s timing, even when circumstances seem urgent. **Proverbs 3:5-6** tells us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* This is a time to lean on the Lord, knowing that He is working all things together for good, even when we cannot see the full picture.

Finally, we must address that while your request is heartfelt, we notice that the name of Jesus was not invoked in your prayer. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we pray. **John 14:6** declares, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"*, and **Acts 4:12** tells us, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so, for He alone is the mediator between God and man. If you have questions about what it means to follow Jesus, we would be honored to share more with you.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this family and their need. Lord, You see the injustice that has been done to this father, and we ask that You would vindicate him. Bring to light any wrongdoing and let justice prevail. Father, we also ask that You would provide for this family in their time of need. Open doors for this father that no man can shut, and grant him favor in his job search. Let this season be a testimony of Your faithfulness and provision.

We pray that You would strengthen their faith and fill them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding. Remind them that You are their Shepherd, and they shall not want. May they trust in You completely, knowing that You hold their future in Your hands.

In the precious name of Jesus, we pray, **Amen.**
