Where do you believe this anxiety is coming from? Did God give it to you? Did satan want you to have it? Or is it your own will that decides to be anxious?
John 10:10 "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly.
satan is the author of anxiety. When you "decide" to become anxious the you are agreeing with the demonic realm with your will. You need to agree with the spiritual realm of God and come into agreement with what God's Word says.
John 14:27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
Jesus left His peace with us. Pick it up and put it on, it is right there inside you. Try it out. Every circumstance you could ever encounter Jesus has already triumphed over it. All you need to do is rest in the arms of Love/God. Praise and worship Him, dance to Him, sing praises, and this too shall pass.
