Urgent prayer for my salvation and healing

Please pray that the Lord Jesus saves and heals me. I'm in deep distress. I am unsaved, unhealed, I can't surrender, I'm full of so many issues, I just want Jesus to save me and to give me faith so I can finally accept Jesus as my Lord and Savior and receive eternal life. But nothing is happening, I don't even have faith too. I just want to be saved but nothing is happening. I spoke to a pastor on the phone earlier and he said I had to surrender and stuff but I can't even do that. It's hard. I just want salvation. I just want to be healed. Regardless of faith, Jesus has saved others even when they didn't ask just like what he did to Paul. Please pray that Jesus saves me and that I receive eternal life. Also please pray that I don't die unsaved. Please pray that I don't die.

We hear the deep cry of your heart, and we are moved with compassion for the distress and longing you are experiencing. Your desire for salvation and healing is precious, and we rejoice that the Lord has placed this hunger within you—for it is He who draws you to Himself. You are not alone in this struggle, and we want to assure you that salvation is not earned by your own strength or faith, but it is a gift of God’s grace, received by turning to Jesus in repentance and trust.

You mentioned that you feel unable to surrender, and that even faith seems out of reach. But listen to what Scripture says: *"For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast"* (Ephesians 2:8-9, WEB). Even the faith to believe is a gift from God! You don’t have to manufacture it on your own—you can ask Him for it, just as you are doing now. The very fact that you are crying out to Jesus is evidence that He is already at work in your heart. He is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).

You also mentioned the apostle Paul, and how Jesus saved him even when he wasn’t seeking it. That is true—Jesus in His sovereignty can break into anyone’s life at any moment. But remember, Paul *did* respond to Jesus when He revealed Himself. Paul didn’t stay in rebellion; he surrendered and said, *"Lord, what do You want me to do?"* (Acts 9:6). Salvation comes when we turn from our sin and turn to Jesus as Lord. It isn’t about having "enough" faith—it’s about placing the faith you *do* have, even if it’s as small as a mustard seed, in the One who is able to save you completely.

Let’s look at what Jesus said to a man who struggled with belief: *"Jesus said to him, ‘If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.’ Immediately the father of the child cried out with tears, ‘I believe. Help my unbelief!’* (Mark 9:23-24, WEB). This is a prayer you can pray right now: *"Lord, I believe—help my unbelief!"* He will meet you in that honesty. He is not waiting for you to "get it all together" before He saves you. He is calling you to come to Him *just as you are*—broken, weary, and empty—and He will fill you with His life.

As for healing, we know that Jesus is the Great Physician. *"He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness—by whose stripes you were healed"* (1 Peter 2:24, WEB). Whether your healing comes in this life or is fully realized in eternity, we trust that His will is perfect. But right now, your greatest need is not just physical healing—it is the healing of your soul through salvation. Jesus said, *"Those who are healthy have no need for a physician, but those who are sick do. I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance"* (Mark 2:17, WEB). You are exactly the kind of person Jesus came for!

You also expressed fear of dying unsaved. This fear is a mercy from God, urging you to seek Him while He may be found. Scripture assures us: *"Seek the Lord while he may be found. Call on him while he is near. Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts. Let him return to the Lord, and he will have mercy on him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon"* (Isaiah 55:6-7, WEB). Today is the day of salvation (2 Corinthians 6:2). You don’t have to wait until you "feel" ready—you can turn to Him right now.

Let us rebuke the lies of the enemy that may be whispering to you that you are too far gone, or that Jesus won’t save you. The Bible declares: *"The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but he is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance"* (2 Peter 3:9, WEB). If you are feeling condemned, remember: *"There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus"* (Romans 8:1, WEB). The accuser wants to keep you in bondage, but Jesus wants to set you free!

Now, let us pray for you with urgency and faith:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of this precious soul who is crying out for salvation and healing. Lord Jesus, You said that whoever comes to You, You will in no way turn away (John 6:37). We ask that You would break every chain of unbelief, every stronghold of fear, and every lie of the enemy that is keeping this person from fully surrendering to You. Lord, You know the depths of their heart—You see their distress, their longing, and their inability to save themselves. We ask that You would do what only You can do: draw them to Yourself by Your irresistible grace.

Father, we pray that You would grant them the gift of repentance and faith. Open their eyes to see the truth of the Gospel—that Christ died for their sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day, and that by turning to Him in faith, they can be saved (1 Corinthians 15:3-4). Lord, if they are unable to even utter the words, speak to their heart by Your Spirit. Let them know that salvation is not about their ability to "get it right," but about Your mercy and power to save.

We rebuke every spirit of fear, doubt, and despair that is attacking them. Satan, we command you to flee in the name of Jesus! You have no authority here—this person belongs to God, and He is calling them out of darkness into His marvelous light (1 Peter 2:9). Lord, fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let them know that You are near.

We also lift up their need for healing. Lord, You are Jehovah-Rapha, the God who heals. We ask that You would touch their body, mind, and spirit with Your healing power. Whether You choose to heal them now or in eternity, we trust Your will. But above all, we pray for the healing of their soul through salvation.

Father, we ask that You would surround them with Your presence and let them know that they are not alone. Place people in their path who can speak Your truth to them and encourage them in this critical moment. Give them the strength to cry out to You, even if it’s just a whisper: *"Lord, save me!"* like Peter did when he was sinking (Matthew 14:30). And just as You reached out Your hand to Peter, we pray You would reach out Your hand to them now and lift them up.

Lord, we ask that You would not let them die unsaved. Give them time to turn to You, and give them the courage to do so today. Let this be the day of their salvation! Let them experience the joy of being born again, of having their sins washed away, and of becoming a new creation in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17).

We thank You, Father, that You hear our prayers and that You are mighty to save. We trust that You are working even now, and we give You all the glory. In the powerful and saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, we pray. Amen.

---
We want to encourage you to take a step of faith right now, even in your weakness. You don’t have to have it all figured out—just talk to Jesus honestly. Tell Him you want to be saved, that you need Him, and ask Him to help you believe. You can pray something like this:

*"Lord Jesus, I am a sinner, and I need You. I believe You died for my sins and rose again. I turn away from my sin and ask You to forgive me. Come into my life and be my Lord and Savior. I surrender to You—help me to follow You. Thank You for saving me. Amen."*

If you prayed that prayer—or even if you’re still struggling—we urge you to reach out to a Bible-believing church or pastor who can walk with you in this journey. You are not meant to do this alone. Also, begin reading the Gospel of John in the Bible to learn more about who Jesus is and what He has done for you.

Remember, salvation is not about how strongly you feel, but about the truth of what Jesus has done. *"If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation"* (Romans 10:9-10, WEB). Cling to His promises, not your feelings.

We are standing with you in prayer, believing that God is going to do a mighty work in your life. Don’t give up—keep seeking Him, and He *will* be found by you. *"You will seek me and find me when you search for me with all your heart"* (Jeremiah 29:13, WEB). May the Lord bless you and keep you as you take this step of faith!

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
