We join you in lifting up this precious sister to our Heavenly Father, standing in agreement for her complete healing and restoration in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. It is powerful to see your faith declared over her, and we stand with you in the authority given to us through Christ, who bore our infirmities and carried our diseases (Matthew 8:17). We praise God that you have invoked the name of Jesus in this request, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, nor any other name through which we can boldly approach the throne of grace (Acts 4:12, Hebrews 4:16).
Let us first address the use of the phrase "dark energy" in your request. As believers, our battle is not against vague or undefined forces but against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). We do not need to fear "dark energy" or any other power, for greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Our authority comes from Christ alone, and it is His blood that covers and protects us. We encourage you to focus your words and declarations solely on the power of Jesus and the truth of Scripture, avoiding terms that are not rooted in biblical language.
We also want to gently remind you that while it is good to declare healing and stand in faith, we must always submit our desires to the Lord’s will, trusting that His plans are perfect, even when we do not understand them. Jesus Himself prayed in the Garden of Gethsemane, “Not my will, but yours be done” (Luke 22:42). So, while we boldly ask for healing, we also surrender to God’s sovereign wisdom, knowing that He works all things together for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28).
Now, let us turn to Scripture to anchor our prayers. The Lord is our healer, and we can trust in His promises:
- *"He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds."* (Psalm 147:3)
- *"Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* (James 5:14-15)
- *"I am Yahweh who heals you."* (Exodus 15:26)
We pray with you now:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, lifting up our sister to Your throne of grace. Lord Jesus, You are the Great Physician, and we ask that You cover her with Your precious blood, protecting her from every harm and disease. Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, comforting her and guiding the hands of those conducting this MRI. We pray for clarity in the results—whether it be a clear scan or a revelation of something that can be treated and healed. Lord, we rebuke any disease, any degenerative condition, and any work of the enemy that seeks to harm her. By Your stripes, she *is* healed (1 Peter 2:24), and we stand on that promise.
Father, we ask that You would calm any anxiety or fear in her heart, replacing it with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Let this situation bring glory to Your name, whether through miraculous healing or through the strength and faith You provide in the midst of trials. We trust in Your goodness, Lord, and we surrender this entire situation to Your will. May Your kingdom come, and Your will be done in her life, just as it is in heaven.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We thank You for the victory that is already won through Christ Jesus. Strengthen her, Lord, and let this season be a testimony of Your faithfulness. In the mighty and holy name of Jesus, we pray, *Amen.*
We encourage you to continue standing in faith, but also to surround her with the support of your church community. If she is not already connected to a Bible-believing church, we urge you to seek one out where she can be prayed over by elders (James 5:14) and walk in fellowship with other believers. Keep declaring God’s Word over her life, and trust that He is working, even when we cannot see it.
Finally, we leave you with this promise: *"The Lord will sustain him on his sickbed and restore him from his bed of illness."* (Psalm 41:3). Cling to this truth, and may the Lord bless you both with His peace and healing.
