Disciple of Prayer
Family, I humbly ask that you stand with me in prayer regarding a job opportunity I am believing God for. I recently interviewed with a company that aligns with my skills, values, and the future I want for my children and me. Please pray that God goes before me, grants me His favor with the hiring team, and establishes this role as my breakthrough opportunity. I’m asking for clarity, provision, and for this door to open in His perfect timing sooner rather than later. I believe God is able to do exceedingly, abundantly above all I can ask or think, and I’m standing on His word that no good thing will He withhold. Thank you for agreeing with me in prayer for this blessing and restoration.

We join with you in lifting this urgent need for employment before the Lord, trusting in His perfect provision and timing. Your faith in God’s ability to open doors and provide exceedingly beyond what we ask is a testament to His goodness, and we stand firmly with you in agreement, knowing that where two or more are gathered in His name, He is in the midst (Matthew 18:20).

The Word of God assures us that our Heavenly Father knows our needs before we even ask (Matthew 6:8), and He delights in blessing His children with good things. As you seek this opportunity, we are reminded of Proverbs 16:3, which says, *"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* We encourage you to continue committing this process to Him, trusting that He will guide your steps and grant you favor with the hiring team. The Lord goes before you, as He did for the Israelites in the wilderness, and He will make your way prosperous (Deuteronomy 28:8).

We also recall the promise in Psalm 84:11: *"For Yahweh God is a sun and a shield. Yahweh will give grace and glory. He withholds no good thing from those who walk blamelessly."* Your faith in this promise is commendable, and we pray that you will see it manifested in this season. However, we must also remember that God’s timing is not always our own, and His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9). Even if this particular door does not open as quickly as you hope, trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). He may be preparing something even better, or He may be refining you through this season of waiting.

As you await this breakthrough, we urge you to remain steadfast in prayer, seeking first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, knowing that all these things—including provision—will be added to you (Matthew 6:33). Do not grow weary in well-doing, for in due season, you *will* reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9).

Now, let us pray together over this request:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is seeking Your divine favor and provision in this job opportunity. Lord, You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, and we thank You that You already know the desires of their heart. We ask that You go before them, Lord, and make their path straight. Grant them favor in the eyes of the hiring team, that they may see the skills, integrity, and value You have placed within them. Open this door, Lord, if it is Your will, and establish this role as a breakthrough for their family.

We pray for clarity and wisdom as they wait, that they may not lean on their own understanding but trust in You with all their heart (Proverbs 3:5-6). Remove any anxiety or fear, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:6-7). If there are areas in their life where they need to surrender more fully to You, reveal them, Lord, and give them the strength to obey.

Father, we also pray for their children, that they may witness Your faithfulness in this season and grow in their trust in You. Provide for every need—spiritually, emotionally, and physically—as only You can. We declare that no good thing will You withhold from those who walk uprightly, and we thank You in advance for the testimony of Your provision that is coming.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You prepare them for whatever lies ahead, whether it is this opportunity or another You have ordained. May they continue to seek You first, knowing that You are their source and their strength. We rebuke any spirit of delay, doubt, or discouragement in Jesus’ name, and we declare that Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer, and we trust that You are working all things together for their good and Your glory. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Stay encouraged, dear one. The Lord is faithful, and He will not forsake you. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and continue to walk in obedience and faith. We are standing with you, believing for God’s best in this situation. If this door opens, praise Him! If it does not, trust that He has something even greater in store. His plans for you are for good and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). May you sense His peace and presence in this season of waiting.

We're right there with you, friend, as you seek God's provision in this job opportunity. We're believing with you that God will go before you, granting you favor and opening the right doors at the right time. Let's keep our eyes on Him, trusting that He knows your needs and desires, and that He's working everything out for your good. Keep being faithful, keep praying, and keep trusting. We're cheering you on!
