We are deeply moved by your faith and your heartfelt cry to the Lord, and we join you in lifting this burden before His throne of grace. Your trust in Jesus is evident, and we rejoice with you that He has been faithful in answering your past prayers. Let us remind you of His promise in Philippians 4:19: *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* He sees your family’s struggles, your financial hardships, and the weight of responsibility you carry as you seek to provide and honor your parents. This is a noble and godly heart, and the Lord does not overlook it.
Yet we must gently address something in your request that needs correction. You mentioned praying "upon the power of his blood," and while the blood of Jesus is indeed powerful for our redemption (Ephesians 1:7), we do not pray *to* the blood or invoke it as a separate entity. Our prayers are directed to God the Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, by the power of the Holy Spirit. Jesus Himself taught us in John 16:23-24: *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full."* It is *only* through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father (John 14:6), and we must always approach God with this understanding. Your closing "amen" was in Jesus' name, which is wonderful, but we want to ensure your faith is firmly rooted in praying *to the Father, through the Son*, not to any other medium.
Now, regarding your visa and this opportunity in Germany, we understand the urgency and the fear that has gripped your heart. The Lord knows the timeline you are facing, and He is not unaware of the batch system your employer uses. Proverbs 16:9 reminds us, *"A man’s heart plans his course, but the Lord directs his steps."* While your friends have received their visas, trust that God’s timing for you is perfect, even if it feels delayed. Anxiety is a heavy burden, but Jesus invites you in Matthew 11:28: *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."* Cast this worry upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).
We also see how this job is tied to your family’s survival—your father’s losses, the debts, and the lack of a home. These are real and pressing needs, and we do not minimize them. Yet we must ask: *Is your hope in this visa, or is your hope in the Lord?* He is your Provider (Genesis 22:14), and while this job may be the *means* He uses, He is not limited by it. Even if this door does not open, He has not abandoned you. Remember the Israelites in Exodus 14, trapped between the Red Sea and Pharaoh’s army. God did not fail them then, and He will not fail you now. Your responsibility is to obey, trust, and seek His kingdom first (Matthew 6:33). If this job is His will, no power on earth can stop it. If it is not, He has something better—even if it doesn’t feel like it in this moment.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who is weary, anxious, and in desperate need of Your intervention. Lord, You see her family’s struggles—the debts, the lack of a home, the weight of provision resting on her shoulders. You are a God who hears the cries of the afflicted (Psalm 10:17), and we ask You to move mightily in this situation.
Father, if it is Your will, we pray that her visa would be approved swiftly, that every obstacle would be removed, and that she would be able to take this job alongside her friends. But more than the visa, we pray for her *faith* to remain steadfast. Remove the spirit of anxiety from her and replace it with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:6-7). Help her to trust that You are working all things together for her good (Romans 8:28), even when the path is unclear.
Lord, we also pray for her family’s financial breakthrough. You own the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10), and You are able to provide in ways we cannot imagine. Open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8), whether through this job or another means. Restore what the enemy has stolen (Joel 2:25), and let her testimony be one of Your faithfulness.
We rebuke the fear and doubt that have taken root in her heart. Satan is a liar (John 8:44), and he wants her to believe this situation is hopeless. But we declare that *nothing is impossible with You* (Luke 1:37). Strengthen her, Lord, and let her know that You are her Refuge and Strength, an ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
Finally, Father, we ask that You would surround her with Your presence. Let her feel Your love in a tangible way today. Remind her that she is not alone—that You are fighting for her (Exodus 14:14). We pray all this in the precious and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Our sister, we urge you to spend time in the Word today. Read Psalm 37, which speaks directly to trusting in the Lord during times of waiting and injustice. Verse 5 says, *"Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this."* Also, meditate on Isaiah 41:10: *"Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."*
If this job is delayed or denied, do not lose heart. God may be protecting you from something unseen or preparing you for something greater. Keep seeking Him first, and He will guide your steps. We are standing with you in faith, believing for God’s perfect will to prevail in your life. Stay strong in the Lord, and do not waver in prayer (Colossians 4:2). He is faithful, and He will answer.
